Hotel vicini a Welcome to Tennessee Sign a Southaven

Sono rimasto in questo hotel con mia figlia il fine settimana scorsa 7/29. Eravamo davvero stanchi quando siamo arrivati e siamo andati a letto. La mattina dopo ho capito alcune grandi questioni e ho parlato con l'ufficio del fronte. Ho anche mandato video e foto al direttore di custodia che era in servizio. Era molto scusata e così la signora lavorava al divano di fronte. Ma quando il direttore, penso che il suo nome fosse Corey, uscì.... La sua atteggiamento era orribile. In realtà, non sapevo che fosse il manager prima che lo vidi camminare, ma quando ho detto ”Buongiorno”, si è appena mantenuto camminando. Quindi forse aveva un brutto giorno... INDICATIVO, non è colpa mia. Mi ha offerto di dare alcuni punti, ma per la questione che avevo, che non era sufficiente!! Non ha fatto alcun sforzo per fare altro, anche dopo aver espresso il fatto che non ero felice. E l'ho detto in modo bello, ma ho ricevuto nulla, ma una cattiva atteggiamento in cambio!! Non condivido il video qui, solo perché la signora del colazione era eccellente... e il lavoratore del desk front era un dolce..... Ma quel manager era il peggio 👎🏾

Ok. Needs to improve breakfast. No toast. No oatmeal. Premade breakfast sandwiches. The only yogurt was the Yoplait original red container that was packed full of sugar. Lots of carbohydrate choices. Not much protein. Bathroom was outdated with large, heavy glass doors. There are a lot of hotels in the area.

Great experience! Will definitely stay here again. Hotel was nice and clean. The drink and snack hour was amazing each evening, breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety and the Manager, Brad, went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy, talked to everyone, cleaned tables and anything else that needed doing.

I danni erano: mancava l'argento e non c'era nessuna parte di ricambio; un nodo di tempore controlla l'elettricità al piano di sopra (stava mancato e il pranzo era un po' ritardato mentre il personale trovava un sostituto); Gli utensili da cucina erano molto limitati - solo una forca e una spatula dura - per favore aggiungere una grande spatula e forse una spatula di gomma; avevamo solo 1 muffa e il cameriere ci ha portato due corrispondenti. Per un motel a lungo soggiorno, i prodotti da cucina/divorzio forniti sono molto limitati. Anche se questo non ha nulla a che vedere con noi, si prega di notare che Candlewood Suites non serve un colazione complimentare. Proveremo di nuovo questo marchio e inventeremo la cucina all'arrivo, così non siamo in ritardo al pranzo.

I had a girl's weekend planned with family . I booked a suite so we would have plenty of room. When I arrived, I was told that they didn't have my reservation. I had received an email confirmation the day before so I showed that to the desk clerk. She said she still didn't have a reservation for me. I gave her the confirmation number again and she said, ”I told you we DON'T have a reservation for you!” I stated that you do and again gave her all the information. She then said my reservation had been canceled because my credit card didn't go through. When I asked what credit card, I then realized that the card had been compromised a few months ago and reissued. The compromised card was the card on file with my HIG rewards. Didn't even think about changing it on my profile.) I then asked why I wasn't contacted and she said she wasn't on duty and had no idea. I again stated that I couldn't believe my room was canceled without notifying me. She got an attitude at that time and said she told me that it wasn't her. I then asked if the suite I booked was available. She said no. I asked what was available. She said a double. I asked how much. It was $80 more than the suite I had booked. I stated that that didn't seem fair. She then got an attitude and let's just say that she definitely needs a course on how to provide ”good customer service.” If her attitude represented the attitude of others that worked there, I'm happy that my reservation was canceled. After that encounter, I left and went to a Hilton property, which I should have done in the beginning. They were extremely nice. Gave me a discounted rate because of everything that had happened. Shame on you Holiday Inn for not being more customer friendly. Shame on you for not contacting me before you canceled my room. I would have happily supplied you the new card #. Instead I was treated horribly by a desk clerk.

We reserved this hotel to host a small seminar. We also booked a couple guest rooms. The event space we reserved was presented as having a capacity of 60 people. We asked to have catering for 55 people. When we arrived to set up, the sales event manager was not onsite. We then discovered this room they had us in had a maximum capacity of 40 (there was a sign on the wall). It was TINY. They had about 50 chairs CRAMMED into this room. There was barely space to turn around (let alone social distance). Next we discovered that while we had paid for them to provide a paper flip chart, they did not provide it and no one was around to address that issue. We worked around it. Then we turn on the projector (because we were going to show a PowerPoint and some videos, etc.) and the projector bulb is not working properly. It colored everything we put on the screen in a bright neon yellow tint. At this point, suffice to say, we were mortified and having our seminar attendees see that state of all of this. Then comes the loud 21st birthday party in the room next door to ours. Our event was scheduled to end at 5:30. The party started at 5:00 sharp and the club music was so loud our guests could barely hear us over the music. Basically everything this venue could have done to screw up our event, they did. If you have something important going on, do not rent space from this place!
