Il No.4 Carlton Hotel, non posso raccomandarlo abbastanza!! Amichevole e attento personale, soprattutto Michelle, che ci ha controllato e ci ha assicurato di avere tutto quello che ci serve per tutta la permanenza. Ogni camera ha il proprio stile e sono tutti super puliti e confortevoli, le decorazioni di Natale lo hanno fatto eccezionale anche in questa stagione - certamente sarò di nuovo!

My wife booked this via *********** for an overnight stay before we left for our cruise. On arrival we were greeted by a foreign lady who didn’t speak much English. We explained who we were and she went and got us a key but then said we had to pay an extra £20 for our young son. We asked why and she could not explain so asked us to call the owner as it was her instructions. We spoke with the lady who owned the place who was quite arrogant and again her English was not that good. She advised that she was boarding a flight in 15mins and we needed to pay £40 cash or leave. We explained it was only £20 so why was it now £40 she said as there was x3 people we had only booked for one person. We explained that we had accidentally booked the family room for one person but this was corrected and we had a confirmation email from ***********. She said they never updated her so we would have to contact them or pay up. We said we would call them as I was on the phone to *********** the lady who gave us the key came to the room and told us she was instructed to take the key back. Literally a few minutes after getting off the phone to the owner. We were then told to speak with the owner again who re-iterated we paid or left. We asked about the £100 we paid via *********** and she refused to refund this saying we had to contact them. We advised we would call the police as this appeared to be a scam. But she just said leave or pay. I then got onto *********** who confirmed the booking was made initially for three people but then amended and they would call the owner but she refused to answer. In the end we had a young child and we’re unlikely to find something else so we paid and stayed the night. The room was basic and clean and the beds were comfortable but there was loud music and a dog barking all night. On looking out the window there was gangs of people hanging around making us nervous as we had all our cases in the car parked outside. I would not recommend this place and it was such a downer to the start of our holiday. I have contacted Booking .com and have also noted similar practices with the owner doing this to other people. Book at your own peril!

Siamo rimasti per una notte in una stanza di gestione la notte prima di un crociera. Check-in era facile per il personale, hanno organizzato un check-out tardivo per noi prima di chiedere. Molto bene. La stanza non era molto spettacolare, ma, come ho pagato la maggior parte con i miei punti Accor, potevi vedere la nave dalla stanza. L’elemento di letto era comodo, aveva una TV e una tazza di tè, proprio quello che ci serviva dopo un lungo viaggio da Leeds. Il nostro pranzo non era più spettacolare, ma era mangiabile e a buon prezzo, il colazione era stile buffet, aveva tutto quello che avete bisogno e tutto era delizioso. Per farvi sapere che ci sono 10 sterline per il parcheggio di notte.Se prendiamo un altro crociere da Southampton, rimarremmo sicuramente di nuovo.

La struttura è a buon mercato, ma le camere sono tranquille, il desk è amichevole e gentile, le camere sono abbastanza pulite e la velocità WI-FI è perfettamente accettabile. La camera disponeva di un letto senza fogli e una vasca da bagno, e il parcheggio dell'hotel è costretto a 10 sterline.

Sono rimasto qui solo mentre andava a vedere un spettacolo al teatro Mayflower. Facile da trovare, parcheggio gratuito. Bella saluta, check-in era un brindisi! Tempo di colazione e selezione prenotato. E codice Wi-Fi. Visto alla stanza 1 Doppia suite. Le chiavi spiegate, 1 per camera e 1 porta principale per facilità di venire/scorrere. Camera carina, letto un po 'soft per me, ma doppio così bene. En-suite con doccia. Servizi per tè e caffè. TV e remoto. Molte piastrelle per caricatori e rettificatori (siccato in camera) Colazione a 8.30, Inglese completo con tosta, gialla, ecc e caffè! Cereali, yogurt e succo sono stati forniti anche. Grande esperienza e sicuramente rimarrebbe qui se dovessi. Mayflower letteralmente intorno all'angolo 5 minuti di distanza e camminare in città circa 15 minuti per tutti i ristoranti, ecc

Beautiful room with an amazing view. Breakfast was incredible. Service was immaculate! Only thing that let us down was the lift situation as after breakfast we waiting 25 minutes to get the lift back to the room. When we went to check out we waited 15 minutes and then decided to go down the stairs from the 9th floor as we were worried about missing checkout. Need more and bigger lifts. Or. Just maybe a life for the housekeeping team. All in all it was still amazing and we hope to stay again soon

I had a lovely experience, the house was nice and clean, amenities were great. My stay was long term and the bed was really comfortable, staff were absolutely lovely. It was nice to have somewhere to stay that felt homely, I was very comfortable and felt like I had a home from home

Andato a crociera dopo il viaggio d'affari. L'hotel è vicino a Westgate un grande centro commerciale. Molte scelte di cibo e shopping. Personale amichevole e prezzo ragionevole. Rimarrà la prossima volta a Southampton.
