It was clean room and air conditioning system was also perfect. But they need to fix problems like the mirror and ramp in the buttons. Furthermore, If you are concerning the noise from the next door, you would better select other choices.

Really conveniently located hotel, close to city centre and parking. Really modern hotel with fantastic facilities, comfortable beds and super clean. Self checkin was easy and quick. Brilliant value for money for a Friday night! Would recommend

Refreshed rooms which were spotless. Faceless check in. No one acknowledges you as you check in on an automated system; one of the two machines was broken. The lift needs a service; one of them feels like it's going to dislodge itself as it descends with loud bangs. The refreshed rooms are lovely, and it was very quiet. Dismally there was no hot water in the morning and the attitude of staff was dismissive and uncaring. Didn't use "The Social" bar/restaurant but it looked very nice.

The room was very nice, looks like it’s newly decorated, we had an enjoyable breakfast. Lots of choice. Our stay was really made by the lovely member of staff who greeted me and checked me and my baby in, she was also there at breakfast. I wish I got her name. But she truly went above and beyond to make our stay great and make us feel special.

The new premier plus rooms are excellent, well worth the extra money. Coffee machine, usb sockets everywhere, even a wireless charging mat by the bed. Well decorated and a great walk in shower. Rooms recently refurbished to a great standard.

Well situated hotel. Friendly staff, lovely room. Found it to be a very good part of our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer as we couldn't have enough time to do all we wanted on this trip. Oh well, will just have to sort out more trips to the west quay hotel. Would highly recommend it to all for a very nice stay.

The hotel looked exactly like it did on the website, the staff were really helpful and friendly on arrival. The room was immaculate and clean with lovely lights to relax too. We had a family room which was very comfortable and the bed was great for us. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating regarding any extra help that was needed. We ate at the restaurant and the food was great. The location is perfect and has everything you need close by. The price you pay for this hotel is extremely great and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Just stayed here for 2 nights. We have been many times, but this is the first since the refit. The hotel looks great, very modern and more space in the bar area. The rooms are much improved. The only downside side to the stay was that the staff covering the bar after 11pm had no clue what they were doing or what any drinks were! Trying to buy drinks was very difficult. Its a shame for them as they clearly haven't been trained at all!
