Didn’t like the reception area.

房間有點舊，衞生情況一般，提前預訂所以入住比較方便，位置上離開主街和學生公寓很近，晚上酒店有停車位不收費，酒店有早餐，我們一早趕航班沒有用，不作評論。

房間、衞生間大，吹風機、電熱水壺等設施齊全，入住的客房有一張大床和一張單人床，窗户能打開，空調、wifi好，房間非常舒適。離市中心步行5分鐘、火車站步行15分鐘，緊鄰東花園。

房間很乾凈，前台人員很熱情，與人溝通時笑臉相迎，耐心解答問題，房間不算很大，10平方米左右，內配有電熱水壺，捲筒紙也是有的，還有咖啡及糖等。總之入住還是非常滿意。

My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after. A special thank you to Sara and James, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay – nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Sara, in particular, stood out with the calm and professional way she handled her shift and resolved any issues that came up. While the overall experience was great, we did notice that the cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better. However, the warmth and attentiveness of the team more than made up for it, and we’d be happy to return again in the future.

Don't stay here if you can. A/C did not work, broken furniture, no cold water in sink (brace for scolding water when washing hands), the water pressure pulsates in shower (as if someone is outside pumping it in), there was trash left in room from previous guest, and PLEASE be carful getting in/out of shower... it is very slippery in tub and it is raised considerably from floor level (I imagine the elderly would not survive). But, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Shocking hotel, offered parking and was really unhelpful when it’s was full. Bed was like a table with a mattress on top. 1 pillow and a thin duvet. Have never had issues with premier inns before but was appalled by the state of the room. No window locks as they were hanging off. Will not be staying again
