Ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice and check in was quick and easy. The lobby was clean and inviting. Our rooms were easy to find. The only thing in the room I saw that would need attention were the curtains. It looked like a water stain or maybe someone spilled something on it. It was fine nonetheless. The fridge didn’t seem to get too cold but that may have been user error. I wasn’t sure if I needed to dial it up or down. The only bad experience was the following morning for breakfast. I had paid to include breakfast for the 2 rooms in my party. We get to the Bistro at 9:22, breakfast ends at 10. We see a lady walk to the back, then she must have exited a side door and walked out past us to go outside…I’m assuming to smoke. So we are just standing at the counter waiting for her to come back, so after about 15 minutes she comes back. We order, sit down, and eat. She brings a bill. I informed her I paid for the food to be included. She went to check and said I only got 1 free breakfast per room. She said she was would just charge me for the cereal and a bagel. “Sure” I said. She goes back to her computer and we wait even more for our revised bill. After about 10 minutes we go to the counter, mind you we are the only people at this time and have been the entire time this occurred. We asked about paying so we can leave and she’s like “oh you’re fine, you had free breakfast for all rooms”…that was kind of annoying. Overall, I would stay here again.
