Ho avuto il più meraviglioso soggiorno , Lovely Hotel, grande ambienza,Il servizio era in modo oltre l'eccellenza, Nina Veramente amichevole e utile, questo è quello che chiamate ospite di alto livello.Grazie tante e torneremo di nuovo

the hotel looks so fine. i like the smell of the room, bed cover and towels, but the AC kinda old and it takes time to make the room cool. the bfast is good.

Descent hotel for business travelers. Polite and prompt service from front office to housekeeping team and overall general staff. Keep up the good work.

Grande valore, bel hotel in generale pulito, solo un po'vecchio. Molto gentile e utile personale. Solo una cosa da notare che è accanto al cimitero, quindi resta qui solo se non sei superstizio. Ma una buona esperienza complessiva.

Good places in south Jakarta. Near a lot of good places. I wish you guys can clean the floor before the guest check in. But for the bed quite clean. Overall good price

Went to St. Regis Jakarta and absolutely felt the luxury after you enter the main lobby. The Butler Elvan went above and beyond taking care of us during our stay. The hotel itself is already gorgeous plus the butler service is literally luxury at its finest and St. Regis its the only provider for that high end luxury standards and Elvan certainly has that character. All the staff were very hospitable and helpful too. Champagne Sabering is a mandatory when staying in St Regis and this property uniquely offer an indoor sabers experience. Della at Rose was also doing a great job. Great coffee and place. Sadly the Sunday brunch was fully booked and will return for that soon. Thanks everyone for the great and memorable hospitality!

Sono rimasto il 16 febbraio 2023, la prima cosa che mi piaceva è stato il processo di check-in rapido e il personale è stato molto amichevole. La cosa che mi dispiace è dopo avermi accolto e voluto ordinare un servizio in camera, e ci è voluto tanto tempo (molto difficile da contattare), dopo 15 minuti cercando di raggiungere il servizio in camera e finalmente assistito dalla ricezione. Dopo l'ordine, cibo ci ha voluto tanto tempo per arrivare in camera (più di un'ora) e ho dovuto andare in ricevimento per assicurarmi che il cibo fosse o no. Purtroppo, quando mi sono avvicinato alla ricevimento, lei ha detto che il cibo sarebbe stato consegnato. E io sono tornato immediatamente alla stanza, anche quando non c'era scusa o niente in quella stanza. Mi sarebbe meglio ordinare via Gojek o Grab. A parte questo, in quel momento, nella stanza 717 una delle luci della camera era anche fuori e il sapone della camera era in fuga, quindi si deve essere attenti se si vuole andare in bagno. Infine, non c'è nessuno di voi che abbia usato un tag di nome, quindi non posso riconoscere ciascuno di voi.

Hotel location is great, room is spacious, a bit outdated but comfortable enough. Checked in late on 1st March and was mistakenly given an access card for a room that surprisingly already has a guest inside. I feel bad for the guest I startled while trying to open the door at midnight. Seems like an honest mistake but I hope the staff will be extra careful as some people may not be too understanding.

Il personale era amichevole e il processo di check-in era pulito. La stanza era pulita. L'hotel è situato vicino alla World Capital Tower e agli uffici dell'ambasciata, a piedi. Parcheggio auto limitato, ma il personale di parcheggio è stato molto utile. Egli ha raccomandato di rimanere per coloro che visitano gli uffici dell'ambasciata.
