Checked in to the hotel and found out that there was going to be no water as they were doing maintenance works between 6pm to 9am the following morning. The hotel even provided buckets to start filling water before it got cut. Very disappointed and had to book another place at the last minute.

Excellent service for all staff. Well done! The only not good is the location. You need to use taxi and nothing else nearby the hotel.

New hotel. The location is superb however the room is small and room amenities only meet bare minimum. Breakfast is not superb as well, doing minimum.

Such a pleasant experience; location was great - right in the middle of everything, staff were all welcoming, friendly and efficient, apartment was clean and fully equipped. Would definitely recommend and be back too.

Decent serviced apartment in a strategic location in Jakarta. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Access to the apartment might be quite tough to find at first, but it's actually very accessible. The only complaint I have is the water pressure was a bit weak, but other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

ask to send extra pillows but did not receive.

A little far from the main roads

Location in the city was perfect but Gojek drivers seemed to have an issue looking for the hotel. One bedroom apartment was also very comfortable, but I found many small flies in the room over the duration of my stay - lack of pest management.
