Living room VG and the dessert VG too don’t miss it the VG place

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleased to find that they provided international adapters for charging phones. This thoughtful amenity alleviated any concerns I had about charging my devices, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable experience. The availability of international adapters is a testament to the hotel's attention to detail and consideration for the needs of their diverse clientele.

I have never had that bad mouldy smell all over hotel. Should you commence major refurbishment asap. Towels were horrible. There were number of marks & too old ones they keep to use. Make-up sometimes too late to do Staffs were extreme friendly & well attentive.

The stay was amazing great and the location wise was right in the middle of the scbd, I got upgraded and there’s a mall right downstairs where u can easily get food and coffee!!! And not to mentioned that is quite near to the airport where my ride to the ap only took 45mins… will come back again once I’m heading back to Jakarta again… thanks ritz for the great hospitality!!!

Spacious room, with big size bed, pretty reasonable price for this kind of size and location. Got a nice city view, each room got their sunlight and air circulation ( if you want to open the windows ) Large master bathroom with bathtub and shower.

我們半夜才到中午就退房 停留時間很短 公寓面積很大 服務超級好 早餐品種不太多但是可以從餐牌單點 也不另外收費 出品很不錯 人不多環境舒服 硬件都還不錯就是稍舊了 浴室配品稍簡陋了不符合麗思的定位和價格 可以從一樓直接過去商場這是最好的 一點問題就是 有洗衣機但不配洗衣液 有廚房廚具但沒有碗 細節做的不到位 畢竟不是專門做公寓的

設施：很不錯，齊全。有洗烘一體機對於差旅人真的是一種福音 衞生：很乾凈，特別提出表揚 環境：是真的可以 服務：很到位，洗衣機不會用，叫了服務員立馬搞好 就是經常被訂滿，很不爽，建議多弄一些房間出來！

這是第二次入駐這個酒店，因為第一次入住的時候，體驗很好，所以這次又選擇了這個酒店。但是這一次的入住，讓我非常不滿意，我們入住的時候跟前台説了，我們要安靜一點的房間，因為有小孩和孕婦，結果前台給我們一個吸煙房，開始我們並不知道，結果入住一天後，房間各種煙味，我們覺得很奇怪，就打去前台，前台幫説我們除煙味，後來我們才知道我們入住的這一層都是吸煙房！為什麼要給小孩和孕婦安排吸煙層的房間，是故意的嗎？還是因為我是中國人？作為攜程黑鑽用户，我是第一次給一個酒店差評！以後應該不會再入住這個酒店，也不會推薦給朋友！！
