Decent local Indonesian Hotel. Upon checking in, I was told that the room category was fully booked but before I could protest, they said that they will upgrade me to a Junior Suite. Now, how is that for instant service recovery.....? The suite was cavernous with a separate living area and a large bedroom. The bathroom was well supplied with amenities and the big plus was the coffee machine in the livinging room which brewed excellent coffee. Breakfast was mostly local options and very decent. Service associates were very helpful and polite. Everyone seem very willing to helf. When I looked "lost" trying to figure out what to have for breakfast, one of the service associates came up to me and asked if I needed help and he bothered to explain what the various breakfast options were and even recommended to me his personal favourite. All in all, a great experience.

換了房間，又多住了一天，特意訂的含早（多加50不到人民幣），早餐真心可以，印尼口味挺奇特，都嘗試一下也好…一開始以為衹有眼前的一點，後來服務員過來提醒後面還有自助。因為是兩份早餐，我吃完和她説打包一份衹要些麪包就行，還真給我送到房間了，服務沒的説，就是房間舊，衞生間門有點壞…

Staycation singkat yang berkesan, letak hotel sangat strategis akses parkir luas dan mudah, saat cek in dpt surprise di ugrade tipe kamar , anak2 suka es krim..kamar luas dan fasilitas lengkap, TV sdh smart TV sangat puas menginap disini breakfast ,lengkap pilihan nya.. hotel terkoneksi dengan kantor family mart cafe2 sekitar kantor bidakara, pesan makanan online pun lobby ramah dengan kurir tidak jauh dr jalan
