The basic facilities are not available as promised. Rate is too high. I have cancel-led one day stay due to these inconvenience

2. 6 km away from radha nagar beach. Its better if you have taken rental bike otherwise you have to wait long for bus.

Folded into a lush green forest, Greenland Resort is in an offbeat location between the splendid Radhanagar and Elephant beaches.
They offer different kinds of accommodation. The best picks are the pricier AC concrete cottages, as opposed to the older worn outbamboo huts. The jointed rooms are a little more spacious than the huts, but are also worn out with dingy bathrooms.
Their restaurant has an average one hour waiting time, but delicious (and reasonably priced) Indian dishes make it worth the while. The owners of Greenland do not speak English but are very helpful and when in peak season, and all other resorts on the island are booked, they can always squeeze you in somewhere for the lowest price. Of course, be warned, these low prices come with worn out huts.
