Hotel in zona Hamza Mosque, Sousse

Come città turistica costiera in Tunisia, Sousse ha un basso consumo. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio gratuito. Ci sono polizia e personale di sicurezza all'ingresso e sembra che sia sorvegliato da strati. L'hotel dispone di spiaggia privata, prenotabili camere vista mare, direttamente fronte mare. Ma le strutture della camera sono vecchie. L'hotel ha tre pasti e il buffet ha molte varietà, il che è molto buono. Molte persone anziane in Europa vengono a vivere per alcuni mesi e si sentono come una casa di cura europea.

I am really very disappointed with my last stay in Movenpick Sousse. I can't find a word that describes this terrible experience and I will simply list the problems that I had to go through: - During the check in, I had to go through the queue 3 times. Since the room was not ready, the lady told me that she will bring me the room access card once available so I will not need to got through the queue again, and of course she did not. I went twice through the long queue for almost 30 min in order to get the room card -I booked a King bed room and they gave me a twin bed room. The lady in the reception did not accept to change the room and she told the will change the mattress to a big single one over the two twin bed and of course she did not -The towels are dirty and stinky -The sink is clogged - The TV is not working - We kept the do not disturb sign in the room during our stay because my wife got sick but this was not respecting by the house keeping and the maintenance agent. They entered the room without our permission - Their excuse is that they received an order form their manager !! -In the restaurant and during the diner, I asked the waiter for a cutlery (because you almost never find a prepared table in the restaurant) - The waiter pointed his finger to another table and told me to get it by myself !!! I am still shocked by this impolite answer !! I still cannot understand how this kind of unpleasant events can happen in this hotel and all together during one stay. If my wife wasn't sick, I would have left the hotel since day one. In short, this is a half start hotel

I gave 5 stars but it is not everything perfect. But overall it is good value for the money. Sometimes they dont start AC in the hotel and restaurant. I spent a lot of time at the beach. Ghaith is a very friendly guy and a happy person. I am already looking forward to come back but in a colder month.

Il prezzo era adeguato alla qualità del servizio. La piscina coperta è un punto positivo per l'hotel. Molti problemi nelle stanze: l'asciugacapelli non è disponibile, anche il telecomando della TV, le coperture non sono pulite, ...

Pessima struttura. So che può essere complicato trovare un'allocazione a Sousse durante l'alta stagione, ma abbiate un po' di amor proprio e optate per altro. Di seguito le migliori opzioni alternative al Sousse Beach hotel: - Occupare abusivamente la stanza di uno degli edifici fatiscenti vicino all'hotel - Farvi arrestare con un veniale pretesto e passare la notte in cella - Condividere la strada con uno dei numerosi senzatetto che affollano la zona - Accamparsi in uno dei corridoi della struttura. Sarebbe una soluzione più salubre che dormire nelle stanze del Sousse Beach hotel e abbellirebbe senz'altro le sue zone comuni terrificanti

Non è un residence ma un pessimo albergo,formiche in camera,in bagno gocciolava acqua dal soffitto,x non parlare poi della ruggine intorno ai tubi......l acqua x lavarsi era marrone io e la mia amica avevamo mezza pensione,lasciamo perdere,si mangia veramente da schifo!!!!!!abbiamo dovuto rinunciare,riassumendo non lo consiglio affatto,dal sito dove ho prenotato c era una foto dell albergo,sembrava bellissimo,foto falsa!!!!!!!! Non vi lasciate ingannare da ciò che scrivono,se vi spostate già di poco trovate resort ottimi!!!!!!

La reception dell'hotel è molto buona. Ci hanno aiutato a migliorare la camera. La vista sul mare è bellissima. Questo è l'hotel più conveniente in Tunisia. La colazione è molto ricca. È stato costruito di recente e le strutture sono molto nuovo.
