You’ll be able to admire an unforgettable view of the Gulf of Naples and the coast of Sorrento from the villa. Villa Eva is about 280 square meters in size and has a private swimming pool, private terraces with sea views, parking, a spa area, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. With 400 square meters of panoramic outdoor terraces, Villa Eva is immersed in the greenery of a 6,000 square meters of private grounds and is the perfect destination for a dream holiday. Recently renovated and equipped with all comforts, this property boasts a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples and the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. The pastel-coloured exterior and interior combine perfectly with the furnishings and the famous Vietri ceramics. The villa is decorated with old hand-painted majolica tiles and boasts luxury comforts and a wonderful wellness centre, complete with Turkish bath, large hot tub, chromotherapy shower and a small bathroom. One of the main features which make this villa unique is the panoramic outdoor swimming pool with sun deck, which is located on the roof terrace. You’ll be about 2.5 km from SantAgata Sui Due Golfi, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and public transport links. The closest restaurant and bus stop are 500 metres away and the closest beach, Marina del Cantone, is about 9 km away. For a comfortable stay at Villa Eva, we recommend having a car available. You’ll be able to park on site within the gates to the property. From the parking area, you’ll walk along a private path to reach the villa. The path is about 50 metres long and flat, but there are about 20 steps. There is also a ramp for guests with disabilities. THE PRIVATE POOL is 7 metres wide, 8 metres long and 1.2 metres deep.
