Consiglio vivamente questo hotel con 10 punti. Anche la qualità della pulizia, del panorama, dell'attrezzatura della camera e del personale è eccellente. Nell'hotel sono presenti diversi ristoranti tra cui gli ospiti possono scegliere. Ci sono anche stili diversi per la colazione ogni giorno, quindi puoi scegliere tra loro. L'unico inconveniente è che l'hotel è un po' lontano e potrebbe essere necessario prendere la macchina per arrivarci. Ma tutto sommato consiglio vivamente questo hotel!

Il personale era piuttosto scortese. Sono stato chiamato nel cuore della notte perché avevo prolungato per un'altra notte (prenotata tramite l'app) e pensavano che un'altra persona sarebbe venuta e sarebbe rimasta con me. Non hanno nemmeno confermato prima quante persone alloggiavano e hanno detto direttamente che mi avrebbero portato alla polizia? Così rozzo. Inoltre la connessione wifi non era gratuita. Per le dimensioni di quell'hotel avrebbero dovuto fornire almeno la connessione wifi gratuita. La colazione era così così. La posizione era piuttosto lontana dalla piazza e non era disponibile una navetta. C'è un mini insetto sul mio letto.

L'hotel è nuovissimo, ma la disposizione delle camere è sbagliata

Ottimo hotel a Sorrento! La mia camera era enorme e pulitissima. La piscina è ben tenuta! Mi piacerebbe tornare in qualsiasi momento!

La posizione e il servizio sono molto soddisfacenti. La vista dalla sala colazione dell'hotel è fantastica. Abbiamo in programma di tornarci la prossima volta. Il succo di limone è delizioso

Not very delighted with the service. Typical Italian rigid policies

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

酒店在半山腰。大堂氣派，花園裡有不少🍋樹。房間設備一般般，不供應飲用水。早餐環境不錯，品種比較豐富。停車收費。

靠山邊，位置離中心區有些距離。早餐品種多味道好。房間比較大，全海景，可以運望火山，景色一流。酒店設施齊全。非常棒。

酒店建在半山腰上，座山面海。 尤其是餐廳風景一流，可以一邊遠眺維蘇威火山一邊吃早餐。 交通也比較方便，離小鎮城區走路五分鐘。離碼頭和車站也很近。

在意大利住過最差最離譜的酒店。在酒店房間裏遇到了蝙蝠！半夜蝙蝠掉在身上被嚇醒！由於蝙蝠身上攜帶大量病毒且狂犬病毒是致命的，通知了酒店，沒人重視，我們自己去急診，那不勒斯到處找狂犬疫苗沒找到，衹能第二天飛米蘭。回酒店之後，經理帶着律師來找我們，還複印了病歷，身怕我們起訴他們酒店，一直推諉不是他們酒店的問題，還威脅我們把酒店工作人員清理蝙蝠的照片刪除，簡直被氣笑了！這就是希爾頓的服務！簡直開眼了！不把人命當人命，衹關心酒店的聲譽，牛！
