the location of the property is good. I find it in make my trip app according to my search. the food is good and the rooms are pretty good and spacious. necessary amenities are there and the room service is very good. Behavior of staffs are very accommodating. thank all of them for that.

The rooms and the bed linens were extremely dirty. Hotel is very poorly maintained.

The hotel executive room was good, they provided me 2 water bottle, coffe powder, tea powder, chips and hot water fask. There was a geyser. Has a balcony. Room was clean, cloths were clean. The only bad things are room has a low light and has not many option for charger point. I asked them extra 20rs water bottle they dint charge me for it. Has many options for breakfast.

Property is old and needs renovation. Location is not idle due to the congestion in and around the locality.

Response was not good from staff. No one was available there for room service. Also parking is too far from hotel gate and no staff available to guide the way of hotel gate. Reception person is too rude. Even they ask you to search your room number only giving you the key and room number. Reception is separate from the hotel. Sometimes it is getting deficult to get basic needed things like towel in bathroom or connecting room service

Good room service. Good rooms. Very helpful staff. They served chicken biriyani instead of veg. They soon replaced it with a sorry.
