This guesthouse sits right in the heart of Songyang’s historic old street, surrounded by bustling shops. The decor beautifully captures traditional Chinese aesthetics, creating an exquisite and authentic atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean. What truly stood out was the exceptional service and the delicious, varied breakfast. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time here, Oubao is a great host! Songyang was unknown to us, but we truly enjoyed it. As guests we could sample some tea and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting. Although this hotel is in a historic neighborhood and building, the rooms have all modern amenities you need. I really recommend this place for anybody staying in Songyang, I’m definitely going back there again!

Yuanpu Guesthouse is without a doubt a must book! Staying here was an absolute highlight of our trip - an incredible building with historic architectural details, thoughtful furnishing, the most beautifully plated breakfasts, an unbeatable location, and the warmest staff (who generously offered tours and pointers and made sure we were never without food and drink :) ). Will miss sitting and chatting over tea with the hotel staff so much and look forward so much to returning!!

民宿位於松陽老街核心，正對南長街，鬧中有靜。房間整潔衞生，設施齊全。大廳高敞氣派，後進院落和廳堂有古蹟遺存。早餐營養豐盛又有儀式感。閑來在大廳數百年的樑枋下喝茶聊天。不枉此行。

松陽老城的中心位置，老街的交匯口處，逛松陽老街十分便利，老建築了，古色古香。
早餐九宮格，儀式感拉滿，到樓上陽台可看到獨山。住宿整體非常滿意！

一家古樸典雅的民宿，地理位置優越，就在老街裏，文藝氣息濃厚，茶香木質香環繞着大堂的各個角落，可以在裏面安靜地坐上一個下午，讓人身心很寧靜。九宮格的早餐營養豐富很特別，乾淨衞生味道好，吃完這樣一份早餐可以元氣滿滿的遊玩大半天都不覺得餓😊😊。店長和服務員大姐都非常熱情友善，滿足我們一切合理的要求，還細心的給我們推薦可以遊玩的好處去。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，乾淨整潔衞生，讓人很是愜意放鬆。非常值得推薦給大家的優質民宿👍👍👍😄😄😄。

松陽，我們來了。一次難忘的旅行。太愛麗水松陽了，也太喜歡這個名宿。民宿着落在古街中心，一看就是古代時大户人家，院子特別大，門檻特別高，當你跨入那門檻你會感覺你穿越一般，代入感太強大了。裝修古樸中有一些中式現代的元素，房間也佈置的温馨，衞生乾淨，整潔。早餐也營養豐富。雖然我們衹住了一個晚上，感覺一切都那麼的熟悉。店長特別漂亮，穿着一身古樸的布衣，儒雅隨和。她推薦晚間我們去了古街出口的松陽飯店吃飯，真的是太讚了。強烈推薦大家來她家入住。真的會讓你有一次不一樣的體驗。

祠堂改建的招待大廳，氣派宏偉。房間也蠻大，乾淨。早餐粥+精緻小點，比較潮流。味道也很不錯。服務很好，耐心解答。下次再來松陽的話，還會選擇。去的那天下雨，比較潮，開好空調在除濕。單被子還是有點超的感覺，江南的特殊情況，希望在雨季可以改進一下。

地理位置：民宿就在老街上，非常方便。在樓上還可以眺望老城區。
抵達：從動車站坐公交8路，二十來分鐘就能到民宿附近，步行六七分鐘穿過老街就到了。
內部環境：民宿是一個老屋改造的茶室+現代樓房改造的住宿，茶室很古樸有意境，住宿環境很乾凈整潔，設備齊全，跟圖片完全一致。
服務：民宿老闆和工作人員非常熱情，服務也很到位。老闆幫我推薦的包車也很靠譜。
美中不足：房子比較老，如果樓上樓下在樓梯上走動會聽見聲音，因為睡眠質量比較好並沒有受到什麼影響。
