這個酒店給我重新定義了野奢。 因為這個酒店，我才攀山涉水來到越南——歸仁 過程不容易 但是還是覺得值得。 我從山頂的泳池別墅，搬下來稻田別墅，有不一樣的感覺，視野當然是山頂完勝的，但是價格也翻了一番。有條件的建議都可以試試。

本人基本上不發任何評論，但這家酒店真的給五星好評，雖然沒遇過服務差的五星酒店，但這家酒店的服務真的好好，所有工作人員都很nice，雖然入住的是基礎房型，環境也很舒適，特別沙灘很乾凈，真的值得入住

非常完美的酒店和假期！避世酒店的天花板，非常值得一來再來。我們此次預訂的是基礎房型稻田villa，房間的陳設，色彩與周邊的自然環境相得益彰，充滿野趣。值得一體的是如此親近自然的房間，但是衞生保持的格外整潔，沒有看到一衹蟲子，空調也沒有任何噪音，足見酒店維護的基本功。酒店的餐廳，Gym，私人海灘都很完美，工作人員隨時與你打招呼問候，充滿笑容，讓人賓至如歸。酒店以法國人居多，亞洲面孔很少，但在服務上沒有任何區別對待。雖然三天的時間裏有一天沒有晴天，但完全沒有無聊，酒店有豐富的活動和水上運動可以選擇。另外，由於在酒店過了新年，酒店有強制晚宴需要參加，這裏也感謝攜程幫忙溝通，完美地解決了突**況。總而言之，雖然路途遙遠，但仍值得一來！

最完美的一次酒店體驗

Bellissimo resort in una baia incantevole. Le ville sono nascoste nella vegetazione, molto spaziose, con una bella terrazza. Noi abbiamo preso la villa von piscina e pochi passi c'era il mare. Come per tutti gli alberghi Zannier, le abitazioni sono ben concepite pratiche e hanno tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e anche di più. Il personale è molto gentile e cortese, l'atmosfera è semplicemente unica, ristoranti con una buona scelta di pietanze, cibo fresco e delizioso. Un'oasi di pace in un paesaggio incantevole. Il resort è molto spazioso e offre privacy. Anche la spa è molto bella, l’entrata con la scala circuita e impressionante. I corridoi e le camere sono un po’ stretti e non rispecchiano l’ampiezza e la generosità del resto dell’infrastruttura. Simpatica la sala accueil con la vista su tutta la baja.

Our stay at Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho was exceptional. Nestled in the wild beauty of Vietnam’s central coast, the resort seamlessly blends luxury with the natural environment. Staff members, many from nearby villages, brought warmth and authenticity to our experience, creating a genuinely positive atmosphere. We stayed in a Pool Villas Hills, with breathtaking views and a serene ambiance. The villa’s minimalist design, inspired by traditional Vietnamese techniques, blended harmoniously with the landscape. Our dedicated concierge and the entire staff provided attentive, friendly service, making us feel truly welcomed. The cuisine was another highlight, featuring delicious, locally sourced dishes from breakfast to dinner. Each meal offered a journey through Vietnam’s culinary heritage. We also appreciated the resort’s commitment to sustainability, with its own rice fields and gardens. Exploring the area by bike and visiting nearby villages gave us an authentic glimpse into local life. The entire team exemplified genuine hospitality, leaving us feeling not only pampered but also connected to the local culture. Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho is a rare example of how luxury can be intertwined with environmental and social consciousness.

I went to Zannier hotels in Namibia and knew I wanted to check out their other properties and now after visiting Vietnam one I became Zannier fan for life. Hotel’s location in Central Vietnam is spectacular - private beach, ever green hills with stunning villas, and even better interior design. Asia can be overwhelming for the senses and Zannier makes you find your balance. I absolutely love their interior design. And then there is Central Vietnamese food which is absolutely amazing. So diverse, interesting, healthy and delicious. Every day we ate something new, special and unforgettable. And of course the people - I think that people in Vietnam are overall very friendly and welcoming, but in Zannier they are also very helpful and professional. I will definitely be back.

Our one-year anniversary at Zannier Phu Yen Resort was simply magical! We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private beach, providing an intimate and romantic setting. The staff at Zannier Phu Yen went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was memorable. Their genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness created an atmosphere filled with warmth. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely surprise - a welcome message from Marthin - the executive assistant manager. Throughout our stay, the thoughtful gestures from the staff truly stood out. They remembered our names and preferences, making us feel incredibly special. From the personalized greetings to the delicious cake and tea for bedtime that we found waiting in our room after every dinner, every detail was carefully planned to make our celebration unforgettable. Stunning Beachfront Villa We stayed in a breathtaking beachfront villa with a private beach, providing an intimate escape for us to celebrate our love. Delicious Seafood BBQ For our anniversary dinner, we savored a delectable seafood BBQ that exceeded our expectations. Enjoying this meal under the stars was a highlight of our trip! His proactive approach made us feel valued from the very start. Throughout our stay, Tai continued to support us, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect celebration. His dedication to excellent service made our experience truly special. In summary, our anniversary at Zannier Bai San Ho Resort was a beautiful blend of luxury, romance, and heartfelt service. The staff’s dedication to creating a memorable experience for us made all the difference. We left feeling not only celebrated but also deeply appreciative of the love and kindness we encountered during our stay.

We stayed at this resort last week. The resort is surrounded by majestic mountains, a beautiful sea with golden sand, and vibrant coral formations along the rocks. Recommend to take a kayak and see the coral nestled along the rocks at around 11am-2pm. We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private pool. The room was clean, spacious, and provided a comfortable stay. However, the poolside area was disappointingly dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. The service here was inconsistent. While Tung at reception and Hoai and Linh at the restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service, other staff members, though friendly, lacked professionalism. The general manager seemed disengaged and had a somewhat indifferent attitude towards local customers, which was disappointing. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, offering a great selection. The Western food was superb, but unfortunately, the Vietnamese cuisine was a major letdown. I found it disheartening to see the local dishes poorly executed. The Bo Luc Lac resembled a beef ragout more than the traditional dish, and the bamboo dish with coconut and curry was bizarre and unappealing. It seems the resort may be targeting Western customers, but compromising the authenticity of Vietnamese cuisine is not the right approach. Also, be aware of descriptions of their wine lists, there are unmatched contents between the menu and the real bottle (wine origin, the Alc%…) Overall, our experience at Zanier Phu Yen Resort was generally good enough, but there are several areas that need improvement. The location is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and some staff members were exceptional. However, the cleanliness of the poolside area, inconsistent service, and the disappointing Vietnamese food are areas that need attention. With some improvements, this resort could truly shine.

If you can’t relax here, you’re not capable of relaxing. The staff greets you by name, and treats you like you own the place. The restaurant is simply outstanding. Bai San Ho is off the beaten track, but when you see the views from the property, you’ll understand why this place is located where it is.

Best experience ever I know Zannier in Namibia and I can confirm that Vietnam was also amazing Cocktails, food, staff, environment everything PERFECT We arrive thanks to the airport shuttle and the good experience started directly with nice driver and then everything was good and perfect

We spent 10 glorious days at the Zannier Bai San Ho. From the moment we arrived to departure, we felt welcomed, valued and pampered. The hotel provides a rare combination of exceptional service, incredible food and outstanding natural beauty that is tastefully complemented by the modern, yet traditional architecture that blends into nature and respects Vietnamese tradition. There are enough facilities to keep our family engaged - tennis, padel, gym, watersports and an amazing spa. Overall the experience is relaxing and re-energising. Our family has special dietary needs (kosher) and we were wonderfully catered for. The food was delicious and via the private chef and butler service, all our needs were met and expectations exceeded.
