Zannier Bai San Ho

這個酒店給我重新定義了野奢。 因為這個酒店，我才攀山涉水來到越南——歸仁 過程不容易 但是還是覺得值得。 我從山頂的泳池別墅，搬下來稻田別墅，有不一樣的感覺，視野當然是山頂完勝的，但是價格也翻了一番。有條件的建議都可以試試。

本人基本上不發任何評論，但這家酒店真的給五星好評，雖然沒遇過服務差的五星酒店，但這家酒店的服務真的好好，所有工作人員都很nice，雖然入住的是基礎房型，環境也很舒適，特別沙灘很乾凈，真的值得入住

最完美的一次酒店體驗

I went to Zannier hotels in Namibia and knew I wanted to check out their other properties and now after visiting Vietnam one I became Zannier fan for life. Hotel’s location in Central Vietnam is spectacular - private beach, ever green hills with stunning villas, and even better interior design. Asia can be overwhelming for the senses and Zannier makes you find your balance. I absolutely love their interior design. And then there is Central Vietnamese food which is absolutely amazing. So diverse, interesting, healthy and delicious. Every day we ate something new, special and unforgettable. And of course the people - I think that people in Vietnam are overall very friendly and welcoming, but in Zannier they are also very helpful and professional. I will definitely be back.

We stayed at this resort last week. The resort is surrounded by majestic mountains, a beautiful sea with golden sand, and vibrant coral formations along the rocks. Recommend to take a kayak and see the coral nestled along the rocks at around 11am-2pm. We stayed in a beachfront villa with a private pool. The room was clean, spacious, and provided a comfortable stay. However, the poolside area was disappointingly dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. The service here was inconsistent. While Tung at reception and Hoai and Linh at the restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service, other staff members, though friendly, lacked professionalism. The general manager seemed disengaged and had a somewhat indifferent attitude towards local customers, which was disappointing. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, offering a great selection. The Western food was superb, but unfortunately, the Vietnamese cuisine was a major letdown. I found it disheartening to see the local dishes poorly executed. The Bo Luc Lac resembled a beef ragout more than the traditional dish, and the bamboo dish with coconut and curry was bizarre and unappealing. It seems the resort may be targeting Western customers, but compromising the authenticity of Vietnamese cuisine is not the right approach. Also, be aware of descriptions of their wine lists, there are unmatched contents between the menu and the real bottle (wine origin, the Alc%…) Overall, our experience at Zanier Phu Yen Resort was generally good enough, but there are several areas that need improvement. The location is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and some staff members were exceptional. However, the cleanliness of the poolside area, inconsistent service, and the disappointing Vietnamese food are areas that need attention. With some improvements, this resort could truly shine.
