Va tutto bene, ma assicurati di avere la tua SIM e Internet. Il WIFI è pessimo e non stanno facendo nulla per risolverlo. Probabilmente te lo direbbero dal tuo telefono come ha fatto con me. Quindi basta acquistare una carta SIM e avere dati. Una SIM card costa solo 3 euro e con 2 euro puoi ottenere circa 4 GB.

The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff. Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety.

L'hotel è molto pulito dentro e fuori. La piscina e le attività in piscina erano fantastiche. Il cibo non era eccezionale e le opzioni non sono cambiate molto come in altri hotel all-inclusive in cui sono stato. L'hotel non è raggiungibile a piedi, ma offre ogni giorno un servizio navetta per il trasferimento/il prelievo alla Medina. Mi è piaciuto parlare con tutto lo staff di tutto il mio staff. Molto disponibile e accomodante durante il mio soggiorno. Non ho usato la spa ma offrivano molti servizi carini a un prezzo ragionevole.

Il personale era molto cordiale e forniva un servizio straordinario, purtroppo il cibo e le strutture non erano un hotel a 4 stelle, le opzioni per la ristorazione erano molto limitate, stancanti e molto noiose per l'intera settimana. Anche l'intrattenimento era scadente.
Nel complesso l'hotel non ha soddisfatto le aspettative a causa della sua modestia. Sicuramente non è un hotel a 4 stelle.

I liked the resort had security and my private guides and taxis had to go through security.
My hotel room was fine. I had a clogged up bathroom sink. I had to go to the desk to get it resolved because my calls weren’t answered.
The food wasn’t that great and I ended up not feeling good. The hot foods weren’t that hot and the seasoning was off. I couldn’t even get a pot of good coffee. It was a Nescafé dehydrated coffee. I realized on my last day at the resort, there was an espresso machine at the bar. However, the food and drinks outside the resort was great.
I was not impressed with the lack of details the front desk had regarding taxis and resorts. There was no consistency with taxi and booking details such as pricing.
Prior to leaving the last day, I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi at 4:00 AM. When I reconfirmed this taxi on Saturday evening, I was told don’t worry and I confirmed that price is usually $200 to $250 Moroccan dirham. If the hotel has taxis on standby for destination, should the fare be determined before hand. I was should that my fare when I arrived to the airport to the resort was $130 Moroccan dirham and leaning the resort at 4:30 AM was $250 Moroccan dirham. But what upset me was the fact, the taxi driver then said $300 Moroccan dirham at the airport. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth leaving the resort.
But I did enjoy relaxing at the pool and spa. I just wished our rooms had better tv channels and toiletries.

I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel. From start to finish, the hotel's a 10/10. The staff really go out their way to accommodate you. Special mention to Hitcham and Adil who gave us a 5* experience.

We had a great stay! The staff was so sweet and kind, we were more than welcome and everything was so good.

This is a superbly run place and we really enjoyed our stay at the resort.
The resort was relatively small and our room was perfectly quiet. The room was cleaned without fuss everyday, even when we stayed in the room all morning.
The buffet was small but the food was varied. The ‘mainstay’ items, such as couscous and tagine, pasta, meat and fries were all delicious. On new year’s eve there was a gala dinner which was really impressive.
Both the lobby and poolside bars were great. They make a very good mojito by the beach.
There is a small play area for children which was fun. The major plus for us was the indoor swimming pool of very good size, which was ideal in the chilly winter months. We liked zumba by the pool and kids’ mini disco. The animation team was super nice.
