Supernice hotel with only a 15 min trainride to central Stockholm. An updated hotel, fresh and clean. Calm surroundings and a shoppingmall just outside the door. Our first time visiting, but not last.

Upon my arrival to check in, I was greatly upgraded to a superior room. Apart from the room being bigger, there were no other signs of being a superior room. I was disappointed in several things regarding the room - There was no water kettle / coffee machine, no snacks in the mini bar and missing amenities in bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was very nice. Extremely friendly / helpful staff.

The perfect place for families! Staff was amazing. Helpful and so polite. They have different activities for the kids of all ages. The relax area was good. Hotel overall was clean and had pleasant vibe. Commuting is easy and in just a few minutes you’ll be in Stockholm City with the commuting train. My son really liked our stay, and so did I!

Typical Scandic hotel, nothing special positive or negative in the room, the breakfast is very good.

Average room quality with old carpets and bedsoffa. Utensils in rooms were found broken. Limited choice of breakfast. Poor hospitality services, you can't expect friendliness from old age staff. I won't recommend.

It was nice and clean. But got a bit disappointed that the didn't have hotel slippers for the guests in such a popular branch. If we new we would have brought our on. They should add it to there upgrading

So far this is the worst disgusting Scandic hotel that i ever had experienced.!!! Rooms are dirty!!!! Can you sleep one more night in this hotel that rooms are dusty and plenty of hairs? What a terrible experienced to this hotel! They gave me a dirty room and No welcoming as a staff team member! I lived many Scandic hotel abroad and local and I always recieved a warm welcome with a present. But this hotel i don’t feel welcome.. They gave me a missirable rooms. They gave me two rooms but both are dirty. The first family room they gave to me is dirty! Stain in the bathtub and the sofa bed dusty and plenty of hairs especially under the cushion. I complain and they gave me another room but also dirty and worst because dusty and plenty of hairs in the sofa bed but I don’t want to change another room again, so I told to the reception to clean and while we are out. They did sofa bed vacuum and clean. I was thought the only problem is sofa bed but the bathroom has a disgusting shower wall, Yakeee!! and the shower is leaking the floor is wet. My husband discovered it when he was on the way to shower. The family room they gave to me devided in to two rooms, one for bed room and the other is for sofa bed.Both rooms has a tv but one remote control no battery! The bedroom oh my…… a disgusting dusty bed wall!!! My husband discovered a very dusty bedroom Wall that he can even write the word UGLY! You can see in the Photo. I choose this hotel to the thoughts it’s nice to relax that away from work because the spa is my mean reason. The pool and sauna is good but the spa no more! If the ambiance of the rooms are dirty, if some in the reception are not so nice, if the window glass of the lobby you can see the dirt, what i should expect in the spa? So No spa and I cancelled my one more night and transfer to another nice and fresh ambiance Scandic hotel where i treated well and they show me welcome and even gave me a welcome presents as team member the Park and Anglais. It can considerable if only one room is dirty but two rooms, it needs a general cleaning.

I stayed for 4 days but the first day was a hard night I didn't sleep because the sofa bed is broken but the next day I changed another room but the big problem was the hotel is close to the train route i can't sleep very loud noise every night it was very boring this trip.
