Breakfast was good. The room is good. The staff seems new and a bit confused. Overall the stay is good.

Service war Super die Leute waren Hilfsbereit freundlich und kompetent. Konnte nicht besser sein. Zimmer sind bequem gewesen aber der Badezimmer war ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig.

Clean, comfy, fab staff and great location. Good price. Great bar. We will be going back. The shopping centre nearby is amazing too

My experience was amazing, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and quiet. Easy to find with a sensible price range.

I was served really attentively by Daria. Drinks were brought straight over and the food was delicious and served very quickly. There was no broccoli but this was swiftly sorted and substituted. Got to choose my seat in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Cannot fault anything, brilliant!

All you would expect from a Premier Inn (nice room, decent bed, shower etc etc). In the process of being refurbished - new rooms are much better than before (power shower, better TV and so on). Hopefully they will refurbish the restaurant/bar area next, which badly needs some work (and also look properly at getting the air con to work effectively in summer !). Friendly/helpful staff.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Solihull Premier Inn. The service was phenomenal and all the staff were brilliant and friendly, but Raj is the nicest, most friendliest and professional person we have ever had the opportunity of speaking with! Premier Inn, she is a credit and she quickly resolved any issues we had and made us feel more comfortable and welcome in the hotel. It makes a difference! The hotel is going through a refurbishment so the hotel is currently old and new rooms. The new rooms are fantastic, so much better than the older ones and they really need it. Go Premier Plus if you can, your stay will be so much more comfortable!!

Absolutely fantastic stay in the newly refurbished superior suite, the rooms are amazing. Also a special thank you to Raj who greeted us on arrival to check in and was so helpful and nothing too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was absolutely superb and excellent quality and choice. Thank you to you all and see you again in October.
