Nice room, clean, location is a bit strange lack of road markings and signs, easily miss the entry if turning right when driving in the dark, plenty of car parking spaces, but a hefty charge of 12gbp even that it belongs to them, a little bit of pocket picking, would rather pay a higher price for the room and park for free will feel better. Swimming pool is cold, but jacuzzi is correct temperature. Steam sauna is pointless because its 40 degree max. Gym room quite small but its enough to lose a few calories.

Beautiful hotel and service. The only one thing I would say is the bar for a drink at night is not cosy, the lighting for night is too harsh and not enough comfy cosy seating . Everything else was amazing

Dealt with a lovely lady called Shavari Kawli.Her customer service was absolutely amazing.10/10.. the hotel is minutes away from the nec and Birmingham international airport.

The hotel itself is comfortable, clean and tidy. Close to airport but it is pretty much in the middle of nowhere.
There are free shuttle buses going directly from hotel to Birmingham International station which is helpful.
I had no issues taking shuttle bus from hotel to birmingham international, but me and a few others waited for more than 30 mins for it on our way back. Ended up having to take bus and uber back to hotel at night,

I've stayed here multiple times and they've been great every time. The food and service is very high and the staff members are always friendly to help you with any problems.

Recently refurbished hotel in convenient location for both the airport and city centre. The staff were both efficient and welcoming. The bathroom was better than the one at home! Not much external noise feom the road or nearby airport. Would most definably stay here again when in the area

Clean very modern hotel. Well situated. Really good service from staff in guest service and restaurant. Well worth the money spent. Would recommend it.
