Spacious car park: for the traffic Very clean rooms, good hot water, nice TV Channel selection Tasty food: the breakfast had a decent spread, but what was made was good; just don’t like pineapple essence in the Sira! Professional team that cleans the room: Lakshman, Kazi, Chandu and Ambadas were very good and efficient!

Molto bel posto, elegante e classico. Solo una notte, ma molto confortevoli camere, grande cibo sul ristorante e servizio amichevole intorno. Il miglior posto in città e grande valore. La piscina sembrava bella, ma purtroppo non c'era tempo per testarla.

Chitra Executive is beautifully designed and well thought out. It offers a customer all that he/she would want in the most fanciful way. From the lobby to the rooms to the restaurant its very clean and artfully done interiors make it a pleasure to stay. The staff is professional and the service is great. I enjoyed my stay, i only wish my stay was longer. Definetly worth the money, Rooms are better than advertised.

Was there at the hotel early in the morning from mumbai and the senior gentleman at the reception desk did not give an early check in, despite confirming the previous day that i would need an early check in. He rudely mentioned, “You can sit here till in the reception till 12 noon for your check in” While leaving the hotel the next day early morning for Sangli - while my check out time was 7am - when i requested for an extra hour till 8am citing i would have to wake up early at 6am and sit at the reception till 9am - the same senior gentleman said, “put your alarm for 5am if you cannot get up early and sit at the reception” This rude behaviour is not at all expected in the hospitality industry and while i would not come back to say at this hotel, i will not recommend any of my office colleagues to stay here and at the same time disuade other colleagues in my field/industry to stay at this place henceforth who frequently stay here from Mumbai and Pune!

Service is good Vaishnavi hotel. Conversation is good with staff. Service boys is eco-friendly and very caring.. Morning breakfast is too good with Italy and dosa also have a few types of fruits like watermelon and some types of vegetables salad 🥗 Service boy Suraj and Vishal service is very awesome..
