Subject: Extremely Disappointing Check-in Experience
Dear Team,
My recent experience has been extremely disappointing. First of all, the check-in process was not hassle-free as promised. Despite informing the hotel that I had travelled over 500 km, I was made to wait unnecessarily.
When the check-in process finally began, they denied me entry due to a mismatch in the surname on my ID. I tried explaining and requested multiple times, but they kept denying my request and asked me to cancel the booking from my side.
Being new in the city and left with no option, I had to book another room at the hotel’s regular tariff, which was a major inconvenience and expense.
I’m truly disappointed with the service.
I hope the team understands the inconvenience I faced and takes this feedback seriously.
