La camera era bella, pulita e ordinata, perfettamente pulita, il letto era comodo e il personale di servizio aveva un buon atteggiamento.

Bella posizione vicino alla cattedrale ed eccellente area spa e piscina (piccola)

L'aria condizionata nella stanza è rumorosa, il servizio è nella media e l'arredamento è decente, per una città come Sofia.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Not much things surrounding. Have to walk back to the city center. And Monday the bar is closed. But otherwise very high standard already in Sofia

Hotel was with good location, the room was quite basic. Good pool & sauna area. Service attitude not the best and the breakfast room was quite messy and not cleaned also small. I can recommend this for a few nights stay in Sofia.

Great wifi, city view and everything you want

房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，早餐品種豐富，特別喜歡各種奶酪，步行可達索菲亞主要景點。

入住一切都很滿意，至少價格到位了，房間很乾凈，早餐選擇也很豐富，各類設施比較齊全，算是索菲亞很好的選擇了。

推遲點退房都不行，有點差距。房間是那種和隔壁房間有門相連的，而且自己的門還可以打得開，如果對方也打開，那就全部通了，垃圾…
