Inizio con una premessa: avrei dato 5 molto volentieri ma sono sempre molto sincero nelle recensioni. Assegno 4 come valutazione per alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate: le stanze sono accoglienti ma con mobili datati, disordine nella hall con pacchi ammucchiati in un angolo, personale delle pulizie distratto, mancanza di pinze e posate nei piatti di portata. Hotel molto grazioso in ottima posizione a 5 minuti dalla via centrale. Ottima location per visitare la parte antica della città. Camere pulite e dotate persino di ferro da stiro. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, siamo stati accolti come a casa; ci hanno assegnato una camera superiore con bow window. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto la colazione, anche se non ci spettava, e al check hout ci hanno permesso di tenera la camera fino a sera senza un supplemento prezzo. Un trattamento veramente eccellente. Ottima la colazione, varia e di qualità: ampia scelta sia nel salato che nel dolce. Hotel che consiglio vivamente: io ci tornero' con molto piacere. Ringrazio tutto il personale che ci ha trattato in maniera esemplare dimostrandosi disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Mi scuso con loro se non ho dato 5 come valutazione , anche se meriterebbero 10 non 5, ma alcune piccole cose vanno assolutamente sistemate.

Un hotel perfetto in tutto, un grazie speciale va al proprietario una persona estramamente gentile e premurosa ci ha trattato come in famiglia, un grazie speciale va anche a Cristin la ragazza addetta alla reception è stata così premurosa e gentile nei nostri confronti, chiedendoci sempre se tutto andava bene e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa, abbiamo anche ricevuto un dolce in camera! Ci siamo sentiti dei re in una struttura così speciale e calorosa! Un grazie va anche al signore della reception che lavora di sera è stato anche lui gentile e cordiale! Ovviamente l’hotel e pulitissimo come le lenzuola e gli asciugamani! La colazione è super abbondante con tante scelte sia dolce che salate, tutto è fresco di prima qualità! Grazie di tutto ci mancherete tanto, speriamo di poter tornare a Sofia per alloggiare di nuovo da voi, ci avete fatto passare una vacanza indimenticabile! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

What can I say, I love this place. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, and had everything you expect from a hotel (Iron, safe, minibar). The breakfast, I did not expect such a spread. And they also have a free happy hour with drinks and snacks. When we told them that we needed to check out early to catch a flight, and requested that they pack us a small breakfast, they did not such thing. They had a full breakfast open and were ready a half an hour early to accommodate the quests who had early flights. Who does this? Above and beyond! Also, the restaurant recommendations they gave us were also, just great.

The hotel was clean, with wonderful air conditioning. The receptionist was so friendly. The rooms were a little dated, but super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. One of us is gluten free and another is lactose free. This hotel had excellent, REAL food options for both of us. The staff made this hotel. It's a great, affordable, clean option. Highly recommend!

This is a small family hotel located on a little street off the Vitosha boulevard, the main shopping street in Sofia. I got an upgrade to room/suite 402, which was nice. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious, with spotless bedsheets and towels and good internet. A minibar, safe deposit box, slippers, bathrobe, iron and ironing board, kettle and complimentary water were available in the room. One afternoon, upon my return, I got a complimentary cake in my room, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was continental style, diverse and plentiful, with both cold and warm dishes. Additionally, there are several dining options nearby, the closest one being steps away, Osteria Tartuffo, which I would recommend. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Sofia.

The hotel is very clean, great location and the staff is super super kind and professional. One of my best experience in the past 10 years related to Sofia. Due to my sick I had to postpone my business trip and *********** didn’t help, but the hotel manager postponed my reservation without problem.

The room we stayed in was 304 with the VIP package, amazing in size, very clean, all the facilities provided were good and housekeeping was excellent. Great location for restaurants bars and cafes, short distance from Vitosha Pedestrian Street Good Breakfast with a large selection of continental / full cooked food, a great Choice of pastries, jams, cakes and wonderful breads. The thing that made it such a wonderful stay was the exceptional friendly service we received from all the staff.

The staff make this hotel, as they are exceptional - friendly, professional and kind (special shout out to the lovely lady who checked me in, and the equally lovely gentleman who brought me cake!). Great selection of foods at breakfast and decent coffee from the machine. Location is great; within easy walking distance of all the main sights and for access to public transport. The room (Tower Suite/Room 402) was spacious and comfortable, though it did get really hot in the afternoon - however, the air-conditioning soon took care of that. This did mean that the two small terraces got the sun all day though, and had lovely views of the mountains. Another small bonus was that there the TV channels available in English, including Sky History and the Discovery Channel. Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel is very well located within 10 minutes walk of the main sights and with lots of bars cafes shops & restaurants close by. It is my personal preference rather than stay in international chains to go for independent/quirky hotels and this one certainly fits that category. Most of the garden rooms have terraces. The room we stayed in (303) was a good size with en suite minibar and air conditioning. The breakfast has a wide selection of choices and is freshly prepared. We had the VIP package which between 18:00 and 20:00 gave us free drinks, of which there was a good selection including spirits, local wines and beers. There was also a range of nibbles. All of the staff were very welcoming with a good command of English and they went out of their way to help us. This hotel definitely falls in my ‘recommended’ category.
