Good location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff

Was extremely disappointed that the wifi in the room wasn’t working at all. This is very bad considering that this is supposed to be a business hotel. Furthermore, no attempt at compensation was offered at all, even though i paid for the wifi which was advertised. Staff also did not bother to update on the status after checking and I had to call the reception again to check on the update of the wifi. That said, the room was adequate and all the staff were still nice (by Bulgarian standards).

While the hotel itself is good, and the rooms are comfortable, the service needs significant improvements. The hotel staff is argumentative and rude, and that affects one’s experience.

酒店對於沒有車的人士，其實有點不太方便。仔，酒店大概300米的地方，是地鐵的終點站，但是，我在傍晚5點鐘的時候去地鐵站，感覺裏面人煙稀少，有點兒害怕。對面就是麥德龍，但前台告訴我，沒有會員卡，是不能在哪裡麪購物的。我衹能夠在酒店的餐廳吃飯，味道一般，但價格挺貴的。 我第二天要一早趕路，酒店準備了早餐包，很不錯。

酒店交通十分方便，步行就可以到地鐵站，完全不用擔心出門的問題，早餐很不錯，餐廳外面還有個大花園，晚上也有晚餐可以供應，而且房間也蠻大的，這次難得選到的酒店方方面面都很不錯

酒店新建的，出門右轉步行5分鐘就是地鐵站，地鐵4號線通市中心教堂到機場也就十幾分鍾。，就是對面新建的地標性建築。

説好的班車接送免費是騙人的。廁所竟然沒有衞生紙。辦理人住時很多人，卻衹有一個人工作，慢慢悠悠，把人急死。網評説早餐很好，也是不正確的，我衹能説，能吃飽，但幾乎沒有熱的東西吃。

(+) Top Lage, tolle Ausstattung. (-) Ansonsten extrem hellhörig und laut, falls man Nachbarn hat, die ständig die Tür auf- und zumachen. Frühstück sehr enttäuschend. Das Badezimmer ist schon renovierungsbedürftig.

位置方便，過馬路就有類似麥德龍超市，以及帶有咖啡廳，餐廳的寫字樓，樓下還有雷克薩斯的4s店，至於酒店內部，一樓也有附屬餐廳，啤酒跟牛排都符合其價位，服務態度也優雅合宜，房間的裝修屬於暗色調，類似低調奢華風，面積適中，清潔衞生，床單被褥軟硬適中，可惜走道有些狹窄，透明電梯也是偏小
