Upon arrival at the reception we had problems with the prepayment; It was not possible to pay the price without the prepayment already provided, after about 30 minutes it was possible in cash, not the preferred card payment; the employee justified this with a new computer system. The room was not air conditioned upon arrival and was quite warm; the shower does not drain normally and quickly fills up to the brim; The beds are a kind of box spring bed: for me (about 85 kg) the mattress was not comfortable. There was only few toilet paper upon arrival, so I called the reception after it was finished, but after about an hour nothing was delivered - not to be expected for a 4 star hotel! The bathroom fan is a bit noisier than I expected and should usually auto stop after a while (although it was connected to the lamp, it usually happens). The thick curtains easily detach from the suspension when closing, and the small room fridge is much too loud (noticeable at night). When exactly is breakfast should be in the folder (I didn't see it at first glance) I liked the breakfast, the orange juice could be freshly squeezed, there should be milk (and lactose free) next to the muesli, and there should also be gluten free bread, but overall good quality of the products; we didn't try the restaurant for dinner due to the high prices. fitness room: Directly the first machine on the left (for legs) doesn't work and it hasn't changed during the week's stay, although we complained, the note with this information had fallen under the bench, so not visible; but otherwise the hall is in good condition The pool is small and during the stay they closed it, it was soon announced that the pool heating would be repaired: heating at 35 degrees outside air temperature? Incomprehensible! I tried to speak to the manager but he didn't seem interested. After we asked for a discount because the pool wasn't working, at least they took away the note the next day. All in all, this hotel did not overwhelm us and we will not visit it again: high standards and beautiful pictures, but unfortunately no coverage in reality.

Il tubo per scaricare l'acqua dal condizionatore d'aria passa attraverso un tubo nel bagno e termina sopra il pavimento del bagno. Ciò significa che il bagno è sempre inondato quando il condizionatore d'aria è in funzione. - La stanza non può essere oscurata perché il tessuto delle tende è molto sottile e trasparente. Una volta che il sole sorge, non è possibile dormire. In mio caso era circa 05:30AM quando il sole è salito. Questo mi ha disturbato di più perché non ho dormito abbastanza durante il mio viaggio d'affari. Ho visitato l'hotel Hemus regolarmente dal 2017 quando non sono riuscito a trovare una stanza altrove. nel 2019 hanno fatto grandi riparazioni, ma non capisco ancora cosa si è migliorato esattamente. I punti appena menzionati non sono stati risolti. Solo la TV è stata scambiata per uno schermo piatto e il braccialetto per la vecchia TV tubo è stato rimosso. Forse questo è il motivo della rigenerazione. Spero che qualcuno dell'hotel lo leggerà come un riesame generale è urgentemente necessario. Non c'è motivo di scegliere un hotel per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno di incontro e non si può nemmeno dormire a causa delle finestre che non possono essere oscurate o dell'odore del tessuto che non è mai stato sostituito.

Se scegliete ARTE SOFIA HOTEL farete una scelta stupenda per il vs soggiorno a Sofia . Hotel in una posizione perfetta ( a ridosso del Parlamento e a pochi mt da metro e dalla movida di Vitosha bld.), le camere essenziali ma pulite e hanno tutto , compreso il kit di cortesia . E parlando della pulizia , un grazie allo staff che un pomeriggio ho voluto riposare mettendo il cartellino per non farmi disturbare eppure , anche di pomeriggio sul tardi ,mi hanno cmq riordinato la camera . Alla reception sono tutti estremamente gentili e sorridenti ( cosa che a Sofia non è cosa così diffusa) : ti consigliano , ti aiutano e sono carinissimi . Un grazie particolare a Miroslav e alla sua collega che stamattina 6 febbraio stava al.suo posto . Colazione nella norma e c'è scelta di dolce e salato. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, è la mancanza di canali italiani nella TV in camera Grazie a tutti per il confortevole soggiorno

Se questo hotel è stato recentemente rinnovato e è piuttosto bello all'interno, assolutamente non presta attenzione ai dettagli Per esempio, ho avuto guanti a filo, diverse volte durante il mio lungo soggiorno settimanale, che ritengo assolutamente inaccettabile anche per un hotel a una stella lasciare un hotel di lusso presuntamente. In generale, il personale della reception non era del tutto interessato ad aiutare. Anche se alcuni di loro erano abbastanza buoni, eccezione, non la regola. Lo spazio spa è stupendo e merita davvero una visita. Questo posto è completamente fuori strada se siete un turista. È circa 20 minuti a piedi al sottosuolo, anche se si può ottenere un taxi alla città, ma questi non erano affidabili. In generale, direi che se la gestione si concentrava solo sul dettaglio, questo posto potrebbe essere piuttosto eccezionale, ma in questo momento non rende semplicemente una norma minima per il marchio MGallery.

L'hotel è a 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale a piedi. Puoi camminare per quasi tutte le attrazioni principali della città. Ci hanno permesso di controllare in anticipo. La receptionista e la signora di pulizia erano carini e utili. La camera che abbiamo prenotato era il deluxe, quindi era abbastanza grande per ospitare i tre di noi. Solo due punti negativi sono il fatto che è molto rumoroso alla notte e se si cammina all'hotel a notte (dopo le 11:00) l'ambiente sembra un po' pericoloso.

Abbiamo dormito quattro notti a Sofia in questo hotel. Ottimo servizio è molto pulito. C'è anche la piscina e il centro benessere punto di ingresso alla piscina è compreso il centro benessere invece era escluso dalla nostra offerta. This is a great new hostel concept for Sofia and Bulgaria. Its nice to have a fully enclosed bed (with curtain) which add to privacy, when sharing a room (dorm) with 4 other travellers Furthermore there are several lighting options within the actual bed area full and dime lightening, However, I was allocated a top bed in the dorm, I did find it hard at first to get in and out. Perhaps I am just too old for the hostel concept! - No seriously, it was very good for a hostel. The room was air-conditioned and seemed to work well. Great exchange with fellow travellers in my room, the benefits of staying in a hostel. Our external bathroom, was directly opposite with several showers and toilets. However, one facility was out of order. There are two different kitchens on different levels. I checked in at the allocated time - at first there seemed to be some problem with the reservation. I had prepaid my reservation, though Trip.com, but the vast majority of travellers use hostelworld.com, which only require a deposit, with the remaining payment given at the hostel. This created some confusion at check-inn. The hostel is very close to the main railway and bus station (10 min walk). However, this hostel is quite far from the main tourism zones and sights of Sofia, which is about 45 to 50 walk. However, there a several trams & buses to get you there - maybe little a bit confusing for first time Sofia traveller. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel.
