Hotel Snagov Club

I had an incredible experience at the Hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was simply incredible, really like a dream in such a well-located area of ​​the city! I want to go back as soon as possible, because right now it seems like the best place to be on earth. Simply delighted!

A special experience, a warm place near the city. All facilities available, friendly staff. I will come back with pleasure. I'm hardly convinced to write about the places I go, but here I thought it was worth it. I went for the first time almost two years ago and have been coming back ever since.

We enjoyed 2 fun days for our teambuilding in a great atmosphere, with a highly professional and helpful staff and amazing food. The activities in place were perfectly suitable for our group - lovely outdoor pool and the boat rides on the Snagov lake are a must!

We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Snagov Club. Everything has been beyond our expectations, from the staff (the service and how they have treated all the guest from adults to children), the food ( we have received a lot of compliments for the taste of the food and the size of the portions), and combined with the view of the lake from the pavilion, it was the perfect match. They have been so flexible with all our requests, plus they have guided us throughout the entire process of organizing the event. I would 100% recommend Snagov Club, if you want a place where all the people care about the importance of such an event and act like truly professionals. Thanks again, Snagov Club!

I made a reservation for Snagov Club- Pavilion Lac, on a hot day of 36 degrees outside. There were only two tables occupied with customers on that pontoon, and we should have been the 3rd table. The waiter seated us at a table in the Sun, without a spot of shade. I asked that waiter to seat us at a table with an umbrella because the Sun was literally burning us. He said he was going to ask the "manager" and returned after 15 minutes. Meanwhile, one of the two tables became free and was occupied by other customers, brought by other colleagues of the waiter who should have taken care of our table. Practically, after 20 minutes, having reserved in advance, we only had a table in the sun at 36 degrees. The waiter, devoid of logic and overwhelmed by the situation, tries to explain to us that he doesn't have 10 hands and that he can move us inside, with air conditioning. Yes, that's exactly what we wanted, to drive almost 1 hour from Bucharest, and stay inside. As if in Bucharest we would not have found restaurants without terraces. For 5 stars as far as the location, the staff is extremely poorly trained and unprofessional. For management, the waiter was a short, fit guy with blue eyes. PS: educate the waiter to wash his hands after moving the furniture from the terraces and then to touch the customers' plates and to have the T-shirts washed because they have not been white for a long time. I would have left a ZERO review if possible, for unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers. We will never return to this place and it will never be on the list of recommendations.
