I was satisfied with the service, but very dissatisfied with the parking arrangement. I have received 2 parking tickets from the multi-story car park company wanting £120 to £200 from me. I followed the instructions at the reception, with help from the receptionist, using the parking terminal to the right on the desk. My car registration details were inputted correctly, 3 days stay was selected and it was confirmed by the system. I parked in the ground floor bays with a purple dot, between the lines. I am appealing the car park charge, but it’s frustrating that I have to spend my own time justifying why I don’t need to pay, and then pay out of my own pocket for the paper, envelope and postage for an error in the system. The hotel was great, but I won’t be using it again when I return to Legoland in the future for this reason. If CCTV is in the reception area covering the desk, then this will verify that the terminal was used. Look for a hotel with its own car park, not an arrangement with a dodgy multi-story company.
