Molto soddisfatto dell'esperienza di soggiorno. L'hotel è situato nel centro della città di SLIEMA, molto vicino al mare.L'hotel offre molti tipi di colazione.La reception ha aggiornato la camera familiare, che è enorme.

Service, Zimmer und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Wir bekamen netterweise ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Die Ausstattung der Frühstücksraums (einfache Einrichtung, schlechter Getränke-Service, einfaches Porzellan und keine Tischdecken) entsprachen nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Das Abendessen a la carte und der Service dabei waren okay, aber nicht hervorragend.

Von der Lage her ist das Hotel ziemlich ruhig, zumindest auf der von der Straße abgewandten Seite des Gebäudes wo mein Zimmer war. Einzig das Glockenläuten der Kirche direkt nebenan könnte vielleicht stören - ich hatte aber kein Problem damit. Ich hatte während meines Aufenthaltes Probleme mit der Tür-Zugangskarte. Diese musste fast täglich ausgetauscht werden. Ich kann allerdings nicht sagen, ob das ein Einzelschicksal bei mir war. Ansonsten war das Hotelzimmer top. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit - wobei das Personal in den Haus-eigenen Restaurants aber "motivierter" auftreten könnte. Das Frühstück war für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie eher mittelmäßig - den Brötchen hätte etwas mehr Zeit im Ofen gut getan, die Auswahl war allgemein nicht besonders groß. Wirklich mangelhaft war aber nur das angebotene Rührei. Ich war im Dezember vor Ort, als das Baden im Meer keine Option war und ich daher ein paar Mal im Indoor-Pool des Hotels war. Leider ist der Pool sehr klein und es war Abends kaum ein Platz frei. Ein paar Runde zu schwimmen war kaum möglich, maximal ins Wasser zur Entspannung legen.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights stay at the AX Palace. We even got an upgrade with our room on arrival.. The spa facilities are lovely but can get busy due to limited space. Very clean, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.. Easy walk to Sleima ferries, shopping, restuarants, and convenient transport links just a short walk away.

The property is amazing - very modern and clean. Has all the facilities and all to great standards. The staff is remarkably polite, everything is very well organised and service is excellent.

The hotel location is good, and breakfast is plus good. I asked a twin beds room, instead of upgrading, they give me a three beds room with very bad smell of the bath room.

Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, tout le monde est très gentil, investi dans son travail et de bon conseil !
