Hotel in zona Ninda Garden & lovebird, Sleman Regency

The hotel is worth every penny. Highlights: # the pool is nice and long, you can get in a good lap or two. # the elevators and corridors are heavenly scented. # not sure how old the hotel is, but it is well maintained and of superior cleanliness. # the in-house coffee shop is a brilliant addition to the hotel. Improvements: # better internet connection 🙃 # more variety and better, constant recipes for the menu. Certain items were good one day and not so good the next day.

La camera dell'hotel è abbastanza spaziosa. La condizione dell'hotel è molto pulita. Il servizio in camera viene rapidamente quando necessario. Il sapone liquido è fornito. Il rumore non è così acustico, quindi il suono delle persone che camminano e parlano fuori dalla stanza può essere sentito molto chiaramente. Ma in generale è stato molto bello rimanere qui.

Mi dispiace di doverle dire questo, ma questo hotel è supervalutato. Ottenere il 12° posto a Tripadv, così ho pensato che questo hotel sarebbe stato fantastico. Infatti, non ero soddisfatto. Ho avuto la foglia di letto sporca e quando mi sono lamentata di questo e ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza, il ricevitore ha detto che cambiano la foglia di letto. Cerco di capire e lasciare che cambiassero. Quando il custode del letto è venuto a cambiare il letto, non ha indossato una maschera finché non gli ho chiesto di andare a cercare la maschera :) Voglio dire, è durante la pandemia, perché il tuo staff non ha indossato una maschera? Quando ha già cambiato il letto, è anche sporco :) come hai fatto a non controllarlo prima di usarlo? La stanza stessa non mi soddisfa, il asciugamano è rotto. Non credo che questo hotel sia anche in linea con il protocollo sanitario durante questa pandemia.

Il servizio, il luogo, l'impianto e i cibi sono buoni. La cosa che mi dà buona esperienza è il delizioso cibo. Uno di cui devi aggiungere è la sala di preghiera islamica e il posto per wudhu. Inoltre, ci sono bisogno di più spazio nel bagno, solo 2 camere disponibili che possiamo usare per centinaia di noi.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica vicino a diversi caffè di successo come Tempo Gelato, Chingu Cafe ecc. Il personale era così gentile e disponibile. Quando sono arrivato, la camera non era ancora pronta e mi hanno offerto un drink di complimento mentre aspettavo.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! Mi piace rimanere qui la maggior parte dal 2019 ho giocato a Jogja fino a quando non sono tornato quest'anno. E' solo che la posizione è abbastanza nelle strade, per me è buono dagli hotel che ho soggiornato e questo prezzo è anche economico, l'unico svantaggio è che la piscina non è notata, il resto è grande, grazie 🙏🏻
