I stayed on business for several days and can only say positive things. As a Hilton member I was allowed an early check-in, I was upgraded to a nicer room and breakfast was included complimentary. The hotel looks a little dated from the outside, but inside it is excellent: modern, clean and very well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast does not offer a huge variety, but it is more than adequate and everything is fresh and well presented. The restaurant also offers a lunch and dinner service with rather extensive menus. The gym is average size but all the equipment one might need is there and it is very well kept. There is also a fairly large pool that stays open until 10pm - a great feature. The hotel is located a 10-15 minute ride away from the center of town but there isn’t much of anything in the immediate vicinity. On the other hand it is quiet and relaxing, there isn’t any noise, so you can rest any time of day.

Proprio così c'era WiFi, come abbiamo potuto correggere 2 questioni per telefono. Abbiamo prenotato un gemellaggio e abbiamo ricevuto un doppio, poiché non sembrava utile cercare di ordinarlo, ma questo potrebbe aver fatto disturbare gli altri. Non ci sono stati istruzioni per la colazione, fortunatamente la signora al mattino è riuscita a aiutare e a dare cuponi per la colazione (la signora era la pulizia?) Così tutte le questioni sopra citate potrebbero essere risolte dal personale di ricezione presente o migliore comunicazione. E' risparmiato in un luogo fantastico! Molto centrale. E il colazione (servito in un negozio lungo la strada) era buono. (Anche se non spiegato bene, hai scelto i prodotti da un menu in un caffè sano. Omelette o smoothie) Ci siamo incontrati Goran alla fine. Sembrava un tipo davvero carino e amichevole. Penso che avremmo avuto una migliore esperienza se fosse presente. Così calcolato generoso 4/5 . Ma una migliore comunicazione potrebbe renderlo più positivo. (Mi fermerò di nuovo, come ancora forniva buon valore)

Veramente terribile. Non mi lamento mai degli hotel, ma questo posto è un vero lavoro. Abbiamo pagato per una camera superiore con il Jacuzzi Spa e quando abbiamo controllato il piano del bagno è stato inondato. Abbiamo detto al personale che aveva organizzato che qualcuno venisse a pulire e tutto era bene, fino a quando non siamo tornati da un giorno, cercando di usare il jacuzzi, e l'acqua di scarico è arrivata attraverso i drenaggi del pavimento e ha inondato il bagno. Ho detto alla signora del divano che era molto gentile e ha mandato il manager in camera nostra per investigare; quando Basil Fawlty, macedone, è arrivato, mi ha detto che è normale e che non è una questione. Quando gli ho detto che non pensavo di passare in pollici di acqua per usare il buco era normale, ci ha accusato di causare l'inondazione e di essere stato rude al punto che dovevo chiedergli di lasciare la stanza. Mi dispiace per la povera ragazza sul desk front, che deve chiaramente affrontare la rudezza degli uomini agli ospiti in base a una regolare.Inoltre, le camere sono stanche e in desperata necessità di qualche tlc. C'era un buco nel nostro letto, condotto illuminare a peeling lontano dal muro (tutto di cui avrei probabilmente dimenticato la bacia)

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico nel Panoramica Design e Spa Hotel. Il personale della reception non poteva essere più bello o più utile. Qualunque cosa ci fosse (taxi, direzioni, domande risposte, ecc. ) ci sono stati per aiutare. Quando ci siamo accolti, siamo stati aggiornati in una suite che era tra le migliori camere d'albergo che abbiamo mai soggiornato in qualsiasi luogo. Abbiamo avuto un giorno di pioggia e è stato un piacere mettere fuori in quella stanza! La vista della città dalla nostra stanza era anche spettacolare. Inoltre, ci è stato davvero piacere il Sky Bar per bevande e pasti. Le viste erano splendide e il cibo era molto buono. Se dovessi essere critico, vorrei che il pranzo fosse un po' più di quello che potrei offrire, soprattutto frutta fresca: l'unico frutto che ho visto era arance, mele e banane, ma qualcosa come i cetrioli sarebbe stato grande nel grano. Comprendo tuttavia che il colazione per i macedoni è solitamente solo un burek, quindi forse è per questo che hanno fatto ciò che hanno fatto. In ogni caso, consigliamo molto questo fantastico hotel!

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time and am now getting around to it. My first stay at the Mirror was on my first two nights in Skopje having flown from Toronto and wanting a bit of rest before picking up the rental car at the airport for an Eastern European road trip. **I chose this hotel because of its closeness to the airport, and emailed them directly I believe before leaving Canada. I was able to arrange an excellent rate. And the hotel stay was worth much more than I paid. **Room comfort and cleanliness, swimming pool, landscaping, general ambiance, restaurant and bar -- all superb in my assessment = 9+ out of 10. **When I say this place is a destination until itself, another poolside guest said exactly the same thing; A man from the U.K. working in theatre in Germany was for some reason I don't recall staying at the hotel for a couple of days during my second stay in August after the end of my road trip. He and I both agreed either of us would come back just for the total hotel experience. It was really that good. **Staff: Gracious, attentive, friendly, accommodating, enjoyed and valued their jobs, spoke and understood English quite well, made my stay wonderful! **I was interested to see that on each of the 5 or 6 days I stayed at the hotel there was always a guest or two poolside or in the restaurant who spoke great English and was from somewhere quite a distance from North Macedonia. **The Mirror was quite a new hotel when I was there in the summer of 2021 and undergoing an expansion. I thought the interior, exterior, and grounds were beautiful. **The one detractor; and I've read about it in several other reviews of this hotel: Interior and exterior noise. Example: If the hotel front desk is laid out / positioned as it was in the summer of 2021, as I stood at the front desk facing the staff behind it, to my right down a short hallway is the location where my room was at both my June and my August hotel stay. Six meters from my door was the housekeeping closet. The banging noise was loudest at 6 or 7 in the morning but sometimes late at night as well. In addition, my room's big window faced the pool and outdoor bar. The noise didn't subside, in my recollection, until after 11:00 pm. That's a problem for people who want to sleep before early flights. **The bottom line: Flying into or out of Skopje, this is the place you must stay. It was fabulous when I was there. And I see the person in charge is still the same: Theodore Konstadakos is still the G.M. it appears. So the quality would likely be maintained or even improved.

Stayed just one night to use as a base whilst attending football. Hotel does look a bit drab on the outside but the inside is freah and modern and staff were pleasnt and welcoming. Rooms are standard Holiday Inn but were claen and fresh, shower worked well too. Beds perfectly comfortable with fresh clean linen. Hotwl is well situated along the river with plenty of bars etc. We didn't eat here and just used to local restaurants. Taxi's are plentiful outside for getting to airport etc but always make sure you agree the price beforehand as one or two drivers try to make to most out of the tourists. Would stay again,

We had a spacious Premium Suite overlooking the quite bizarre main square in Skopje that was worth the price. Yes, the hotel rooms could us some update but all in all everything was fine. Also used the garage as we arrived by car and garage was good and had enough space. Location of the hotel is perfect, just a short 5 min walk across the old stone bridge into the Bazar Section of Old Skopje. Don‘t miss the big market hall in the northern part of the Old bazar where locals buy fruits, vegetables, meat etc. The lounge is huge and has one of the best canapé and dinner selections we ever experienced in a hotel in Europe. Food was really excellent and the staff very very friendly. We would definitely come back.

Personalmente mi sento bene.La posizione dell'hotel è appena al centro della città di Scopri, e'molto conveniente ovunque.Molti supermercati e città commerciali intorno a loro.L'ambiente dell'hotel è anche buono.Il servizio è molto entusiasta.
