Booked by text a few hours before arrival. Excellent communication from Angie. Paid by BACS transfer. Very reasonable price. Lovely clean room with two fans, kettle with tea, coffee and milk. 30 seconds walk to the promenade. Absolutely couldn’t fault it.

Nice location and room but in need of updating very tired and expensive in my opinion key to room in box on wall outside no personnel touch no one to welcome us

The accommodation was average. I didnt see one member of staff whilst i stayed. There i
Was no free parking apart from a few spaces at the front of the property. Room was ok.

Was quiet and the floors didnt creak every time you moved,it was warm.owner was helpfull in saying where to park and not too.

Easy and quick check in. Room was lovely, we had a balcony which over looked the golf course. A very comfortable nights stay

we had an amazing stay lacated near the seafront angie was amazing nothing was to much truble for her shes very welcoming and friendly would deffanatly stay here again but for longer so thank u angie for making us welcome xxx

Lovely guesthouse near Skegness seafront. Very clean and comfortable with a friendly landlady. Great place for families or couples and there is also a single room if required. There is on street parking although it can get very busy so you may need to park in the pay and display across the road until a space becomes available. All in all we had a great weekend stay here and will be back again next year

Great place , really enjoyed our stay. If you are a proper skeg head this is the place for you. The room was very cleanand had everything we needed. We never met the owner as we turned up late but we spoke and she was really nice.
