Recently held a sales meeting for the Midwest Region at the Grand Falls ****** & Golf Resort. Booked 40+ rooms for 2 nights, meeting room with 2 meals, and golf. Ruthie’s was for dinner. Cindi was fantastic, and couldn’t rate them higher. A+++

This place is the only poker room when you can show your hand to your guy next to you, and it’s all good ,your hand ,stay away from this place,if you’re a real poker player,they be talking to each other the whole time ,and the pit boss is in on it,the bald dude

Sometimes these smaller ****** properties end up smelly, dingey, unkept, outdated, etc. That's not the case with Grand Falls. I was quite impressed with the entire property when I arrived for an overnight due to a business meeting I was attending in the area. I did't gamble in the ******, but it did appear to be extremely clean and well maintained. There were several food & beverage options and all looked to be great choices. The food that I did have from the 24-hour option was good. The room itself was pretty remarkable considering the location in a small ******, small community, pretty far out of the way from any metropolitan area. Very large space, comfortable bed & bedding, nice amenities to work from my room, great walk-in shower & bathroom space. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

I went to Grand Falls ****** and Resort in Larchwood, SD for my first time ever to try out the promotion sent in mail for free nights stay. I must express in the most sincere way that I have NEVER in my life been treated and talked to with such DISRESPECT in my whole life. The Customer Service (she claimed to be) Supervisor was rude but after my Sister contacted a Host (Mike) he was not only rude and disrespectful, he was down right horrible. He told me he did care to hear my concern or discuss anything at all with me which took me by surprise. This (Mike) not only didnt care that I was disabled or elderly, he also didnt care that he insulted my Sister and my Aunt. We were there to celebrate our Anniversary and he totally ruined it for everyone over a very simple little thing. These people could care less about people especially if they are elderly or disabled so my best advice to you is to STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE..ANYPLACE WOULD BE BETTER THAN HERE

We live in a state where smoking has been banned in buildings open to the public for more than a decade and were shocked when we found that it is allowed in the main floor ****** which also contains the food venues and bar. The smell however permeates the entire facility and is easily detected in the third floor hotel rooms. Utterly disgusting. We won’t be back.

Good hotel, looks like a beautiful golf course but ****** is below average. Only a few games open, cater to locals, no drink service, worse ****** in Iowa. Ruthies steakhouse worth a stop but don’t waste time on ****** floor. Way better casinos in Iowa
