Hotel in zona Sentosa Island, Singapore

Room: I booked a family room and requested for a high floor room in advance, however was given a lowest floor room instead. The view from the room was completely blocked by the opposite side rooms. The room is very small, there is no sofa or table inside the room. Food: Breakfast is overly expensive with limited food choices. There is no staff help to assign the table, you have to find table yourself or join other guests. Children aged 13 years and above, will be charged for adult price. The only highlight for the stay is the swimming pools. There are 3 types of pools catered for different age of children. My kids love the pool so much.

Amazing stay as always. This time we booked garden family king room and it has a balcony where kids can play outside and just few steps away from the kids club and spa. Room is spacious for us family of 4 and has two beds. We would like to highlight on the lifeguards at the pool, we know its their job to look after guests for safety but many times we have encounter they are being unfriendly and harsh towards guests especially to younger kids, one of many encounter - lifeguard do not need to shout at a young child when you are standing in front of them face to face, disgusting behaviour.

Un meraviglioso hotel resort. Così rilassante come andare a Phuket in Tailandia. I ristoranti sono fantastici. Splendida vista sull'oceano! Ricordati di ottenere il pass dall'hotel quando entri a Sentosa per risparmiare denaro prendendo un taxi/Grab o se stai guidando.

Di recente ho soggiornato al Siloso Beach Resort e lo consiglio vivamente se stai cercando un hotel vicino alla spiaggia. Questo hotel è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, il che era perfetto per me dato che volevo trascorrere la maggior parte del mio tempo lì. Una delle cose che ho amato di questo hotel è la sua vicinanza al Resorts World Sentosa e agli Universal Studios. È solo un viaggio di 2 minuti sulla monorotaia espressa, il che lo rende davvero conveniente per coloro che hanno intenzione di visitare queste attrazioni. Nonostante sia più economico di altri hotel della zona, il Siloso Beach Resort offre comunque ottime camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Sono rimasto colpito da quanto tutto fosse ben tenuto. Anche la colazione a buffet in hotel era deliziosa con un'ampia varietà di opzioni tra cui scegliere. Ho particolarmente apprezzato i piatti locali che erano disponibili. È stato un ottimo modo per iniziare la mia giornata. Il momento clou del mio soggiorno è stata sicuramente l'enorme piscina di acqua sorgiva. Era così rinfrescante fare un tuffo in piscina dopo una lunga giornata al sole. L'area piscina era ben tenuta e c'erano molti lettini e ombrelloni disponibili. Nel complesso, ho avuto un'ottima esperienza al Siloso Beach Resort e lo consiglierei sicuramente a chiunque cerchi un hotel economico vicino alla spiaggia e ad altre attrazioni della zona.

A very pleasant stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa! The room is spacious and the bathroom is well planned. The breakfast set meal at the Hotel’s Bedrock restaurant is nice and the ambience in the restaurant is wonderful. The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just opposite the Imbiah station (Sentosa Express Monorail). There is a 7-Eleven shop at the Imbiah station. It is very convenient to go to the Sentosa beach and VivoCity shopping mall too.

L'hotel più conveniente dell'isola. L'ambiente ed i servizi sono buoni. La stanza è ampia e non affollata nemmeno con un letto singolo. Inoltre le bevande nel piccolo frigorifero in camera sono gratuite, e ci sono anche tanti prodotti da bagno, tra cui Shui Shui.

I had a truly pleasant stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and efficient, thanks to the warm and friendly assistance of Miss Asmah at the front desk. She made me feel welcome right away. My experience at Latitude was equally enjoyable—the food and ambience were complemented by a stunning view of the yachts docked just alongside, creating a uniquely relaxing atmosphere. A special compliment also goes to the housekeeping team, in particular, Ms Kalai, for her honesty and attentiveness. I had accidentally left my laptop charger in the room after checking out, and she ensured it was safely kept until I returned to collect it. That level of care and professionalism is truly commendable. Overall, the service and hospitality at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay by the marina.

I had such a wonderful stay at Raffles Sentosa. My butlers, Ronnie and Christopher, really made the experience special - they always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. A real highlight was my 10pm bath every night, which they prepared perfectly. With all the rain during my stay, it was exactly what I needed to wind down. Breakfast at Empire Grill has really improved as well. I couldn’t go without the salmon eggs benedict and the crêpe - both were spot on every morning. I had dinner at the Empire Grill and Royal China as well this time which was perfect for hosting my guests. I also had a massage with Feifei, which was fantastic. She’s excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone staying at the resort. All in all, it was a memorable stay with those little touches that make Raffles feel so special.

It’s quiet and clean. The service was impeccable but I will like to comment when I first checked in to the room the ledge of the balcony was filled with bird droppings. Apparently the attendant did not clean the balcony

The staff are super friendly! Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating to our special request for the surprise we were giving to a friend! Breakfast was delightful and once again, greeted by friendly staff, always smiling and making us feels comfortable. Overall the stay was enjoyable and the room was clean (thanks to the hardworking housekeeping crew)! The pool was clean and view was beautiful! Minibar and snacks were complimentary - so generous of the hotel! Really enjoyed ourselves here~ Really loving the helpful hospitality provided by the staff in here :)
