È abbastanza lontano dal paragon. Il parcheggio sembra piuttosto vecchio, quindi l'atrio sembra carino fino a quando la stanza sembra piuttosto obsoleta. Mi sento davvero come Goodwood Park. Il check-in è stato un buon servizio da parte del personale. Atmosfera accogliente….la camera ha odore di muffa quando sono entrato per la prima volta. la piscina è bella e pulita….al momento del check-out devi fare la fila per restituire la chiave magnetica. Nessun check-out espresso. Tempo perso solo per passare la carta allo sportello e poi te ne vai entro 10 secondi ... anche Pan Pacific ha il check out espresso ...

Le camere quadruple premier sono molto meglio delle camere superior e in diverse torri. La posizione è buona dove è a soli 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale del frutteto. La colazione è buona con un'ottima selezione. Il menu cambia giornalmente.

È un processo alberghiero di connivenza per il centro commerciale di Orchard Road o il Mount Elizabeth Hospital. La camera è pulita e confortevole, il personale è cordiale e caloroso benvenuto. Siamo molto contenti della vostra sistemazione e del vostro servizio. Grazie!

since we are there for medical reason, the hotel is just a walking distance from the hospital, mount elizabeth the hotel is old, but the breakfast is way too good than the nearby hotels. its spacious and clean.

Good service, hotel staffs were helpful. They also gave us suggestions on how to go around SG like a local. They even prepred a cake for my daughter for her birthday. We had a lovely time staying at York Hotel. Would love to stay here again if ever we go back to SG for a tour😍😍😍

Great location and very spacious room. I booked the quad room that has a double bed and 2 twin beds. The only thing that needs to be improved are the pillows. The pillows are too high which make me unable to sleep well. You should provide 1 thin pillow and 1 thick pillow, or 2 thin pillows instead of 2 thick ones

The hotel was convenient and you can get access to the city centre - Orhard Road easily. The staff of the hotel were generally helpful and friendly. However, the facilities of the hotel are so-so. I booked a room with a queen bed but they offered me 2 twin beds. The room had no view outside and it's just an empty area. Then the first room had water leakage in the toilet and I almost slipped on the floor. The whole floor was wet and I didn't feel comfortable. It made my slippers always wet. At night, the water ran loudly in the drain and it was noisy. I couldn't sleep well for the first night. The next day, I requested changing the room. They changed it immediately-quite helpful. In fact, I found the pantry area and the corners near the mirror as well as the door frame for both rooms were dusty and very disgusting. I myself cleaned the crucial areas so that I can use the facilities at ease. The carpet was not well cleaned and I still found hair on the floor and the bath tub after coming back to the hotel. Fortunately, the beds looked clean. Besides, the water dispenser is not user-friendly. It didn't work well. I gave up finally. I would rather use the kettle instead. Apart from this, I find the quality of the slippers is very bad. It's very easy to be torn. It's torn even on the first day. In my opinion, they should put a staff outside the hotel near the bottom of the flight of stairs. This is because when I arrived, I didn't know that I could use the lift on the left hand side to arrive the reception area. Then I had to carry the huge suitcase myself from the bottom of the flights of stairs to the top of the staircase. No staff was there to help and they should put a notice to tell customers that they could use the lift to enter the hotel lobby. The lift is NOT OBVIOUS at all. Finally, I should say that the breakfast buffet was not worth the price. The food was not tasty. They should have more varieties for the breakfast especially for those who stayed for a longer time. It has made me feel bored after 3 days. Also, I think if they put more decorations at the reception area, that'd be better. I felt like I was standing at a clinic counter. *You can see the picture I posted showing the flight of stairs are quite long especially when you have a big suitcase to carry. There was NO ONE to help.

Spacious & clean. Only thing is the location, ~1km to walk to the nearest train station. Didn't try the breakfast as it is non-halal.
