It quite a distance away from paragon. The carpark look quite old, then the lobby look nice till the room look quite outdated. Really feel like Goodwood park. Check in was good service from the staff. Welcoming feel….room got moldy smell when I first went in. swimming pool is good and clean….the check out you need to queue up to return the key card. No check out express. Time wasted just to pass the card to the counter then you go off within 10 sec… even pan pacific have express check out…

Premier quad rooms are much more better than the superior rooms and at different towers.
Location is good where it is only 5-10 mins walk to main orchard road. Breakfast is v good with great selection. The menu do change daily.

It’s a connivence hotel process to Orchard road shopping mall or Mount Elizabeth Hospital. The room is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and warm welcome.

My 6th staycation at York Hotel is home away from home. The staff is cheerful, helpful, caring and friendly. I always enjoy the good food and appreciate the hospitality of the staff at White Rose Cafe, especially Mr Ramli, who is so kind and caring. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet part of Orchard where it is convenient to access public transport and there are loads of shops and eateries around. I was upgraded to Deluxe King Room by the kind and friendly Mr Mugu at the reception counter. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable and a nice warm dip in the pool is so relaxing. Also, many thanks to Mary Ann who always receives me and bids me goodbye warmly each time I stay at York Hotel. It was, as usual, another great staycation at York Hotel. Many thanks to all who attended to me and till we meet again at Christmas, stay safe and healthy!

A great staycation. The premier room is really spacious, great for a family of 4. For less than S$300 per night and located at orchard area, it's definitely a good steal! 👍
Customer service at counter can be improved.

Location is central in Orchard area but quiet location and affordable rates. Breakfast was good and the nasi lemak is better than some 5* hotels we tried recently. The welcome drink was tasty and refreshing as well.
The hotels looks tired and in real need for major refurbishment though. We had bathtub with obvious cracking and repair sign, chairs that felt itchy upon sitting.
Amenities provided not as complete as we expected it to be. The connecting room that we had was not so soundproof that we could hear the neighbouring room conversation.
1 best thing that we like is the bidet. It is the installed to the toilet bowl type that is strong pressure but not messy.
