Great stay, booked on Trip.com promo, convenient location and amazing room!

Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good.  Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping.  Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel.  Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment.  Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious !  There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient.  Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.

We checked in at 1430. The receptionist told us the room’s not ready yet. It doesn't matter. We just want to know how long it will take to be ready. As a tourist, our schedules are tight. If she had given us an estimated wait time, even an approximate time, we could have planned to go to other attractions or wait at the hotel for a while. But she only kept saying they would text us when they were ready. Finally, we back to hotel at 1600. The room was ready and we didn’t receive any notification at all.

I had a great stay

Renowned 5-star hotel in Singapore we were excited to try out. Overall a great location with beautiful rooms, but unfortunately cleanliness was not there. Discovered several strands of hair in the bathroom (bathtub ledge, shower seat, shower head). The hair on the shower head was especially troubling as it looked like there was an unknown substance sticking the hair on the shower head. Before going out to dinner, we went down to reception and asked for a room clean to which they obliged, but after returning to the room we noticed several strands of hair still present (shower doors/next to the hairdryer). We expected better cleanliness standards from a 5-star hotel, and given the price, you’d probably be better off staying at other hotels.

I recently had another memorable stay at the Fullerton Hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. This time, I stayed in a Heritage room, which came with delightful perks. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with two adorable Fullerton bears, a delicious chocolate cake, a bottle of red wine, and a selection of TWG teas, all of which added a special touch to my experience. The service at Fullerton remains impeccable, which is why I keep returning. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. The attention to detail and the thoughtful gestures truly set this hotel apart.

Snagged an amazing deal with $200 dining credits! Nice heritage hotel and comfortable room, but the view from this room was a little disappointing.

My mom was put off by the room fragrance that she kept waking up in the middle of the night. Hope the management could be more mindful with the scents as not all would appreciate it. But nonetheless, service was great, breakfast spread was quite impressive, and we loved the omelette and laksa!

Gorgeous hotel but surprisingly not a lot of staff at the reception to hello you. We had courtyard room - ok if you are staying for - night but not ideal for longer stay.

Nice place to spend a weekend with the family Refurbished room

Thank you hotel for the sweet deco and cake for my son birthday. Really appreciated it. The only downside is the toilet, there is kind of awful smell. Not sure is came from the toilet sewage or the automated toilet seat function. Overall we have a pleasant stay and kid enjoy it.
