Tbf the room is hecking small considering the price. TV is basically your basic local channels. Toilet is decent i suppose. Bed wasnt as comfy. The only good thing was it being close to 7-11 and the petrol station if you'd like midnight snacks haha

No slippers. Only shampoo. Don have body wash. Very basic room. But is clean. The phone is spoil. Cannot dial to the front desk. But not a bit problem to me. I see the online photos. Very nice. So a bit disappointed.

Good location, clean room and great service. Very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Adeline, such a lovely lady and very welcoming.

I had purchased a hotel room upon landing in Singapore at 12:30am. The platform and the hotel's respective website didn't allow me to book a hotel from the 13-14 (only 14-15 available) on the booking engine (likely due to being after midnight), and I arrived to the hotel and the receptionist told me she couldn't allow me to check-in despite already paying for a hotel. I had a flight I had to leave for 7am, and at this point, it was 2:30am or so. The receptionist told me, she could call Trip.com on my behalf to "see" if she could authorize a refund or modification but only AFTER I purchased another full night at a much higher rate without guaranteeing I wouldn't be paying 2 nights for a 4 hour rest at best. It was horrendous hospitality and customer service, and to be honest, poor business as I travel a great deal to Singapore and was looking for a nearby airport option to frequent 3-4x monthly, and this business will never get another penny from me. Don't stay here- hospitality was far from kind, understanding or welcoming and quite rude.

The room was very small.. I stayed 2 days..the staff was friendly n helpful..location are good and easy to get food

Check in counter and accommodation is not at the same place. Bar downstairs can get very noisy at night

Overall average hotel but the cleanliness can be improved. I had to go down to 7-11 to buy disinfectant spray to spray the sheets. Otherwise my skin would’ve itched for the whole night.

This hotel is in a spot where there is not much around...it did have a 711 close by and some eateries, but that's it. Shower was hot which was surprising a d room was noisy and small....I will not choose this hotel again....90 sgd a night should get you in a better area at least.

The service in the front desk is really horrible, we have to wait for more than 20minutes outside the hotel lobby for check-in under the hot sun.
