Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

Overall everything is good.Clean.Fast service.Friendly staff and good welcoming from them especially from Miss Nada from the front counter.Breakfast is really good with variety of Indonesian foods.Thank you Santika Bukit Tinggi

Hotel baru dan selesa cuma tandas kurang bersih dan lantai licin kerana tidak diberus. Bilik agak kecil tapi makanan sgt sedap. Nasi liwet terbaik. Makanan lain juga sgt sedap dan ada makanan kids area. Hotel agak jauh perlu berjalan utk ke jam gadang dan kawasan kedai2 serta perlu berjalan mendaki bukit. Depan hotel ada penjaja menjual cerderahati minang utk dibawa pulang. Ada cafe juga berdepan berdekatan hotel.

Sangat bagus dan pelayanannya memuasakan

Dapat room lantai 7 dengan balkon dan view menghadap gunung Singgalang
