Had a pretty good workcation here , realized there are a lot of business travelers staying here too . It was my 2nd stay within quite a short period of time , chose here as it was near to my workplace . Location is good , shopping mall nearby & NTUC is nearby + close to MRT .
Room is big , bed is huge . I have table & chair to work on , & a not bad view . Only thing is the aircon still tends to get warm at night , previously thought might be just a specific room thing . Breakfast have sufficient options but it gets really crowded at certain timing & you may not get any seats .. this hotel is quite a popular one for tour groups .

Things that I like: Check In was quick. Room was spacious and clean. Smart TV was big. Bedsheets and pillow sheets feels almost new. Things that can be improved: 2 types of pillows should be provided, the thin and thick pillow. The breakfast is quite good, however the middle aged lady insisted I show her my room key cover/fold as she will not accept me showing just my key card and say out my room number and my name. She insisted she needs to see the key cover too. If it is hotel policy, she could at least say it nicely and politely.

Had a great stay here. Newly renovated, modern and clean room with comfortable beds. TV offers Netflix, Prime Video etc. Friendly and helpful staff. MRT is just a 2-3min walk away. Hotel is surrounded by bunch of Korean and Japanese restaurants.

Clean hotel, excellent location, right at the heart of Tanjong Pagar/CBD. Lots of good food options nearby. However, service can be improved, they are a little stingy on the number of towels you can get so thats a little bit of a bummer considering I paid close to SGD250 for this 4 star hotel. I really dont think 4 star hotels should skimp on the number of clean towels they give out. Another bad factor for this hotel is that the swimming pool is closed, put in fine print when I booked the hotel so did not really see it. Kinda sneaky
