Only one check in staff. No complimentary parking. Not even a fix full day parking fee. Room was clean and spacious. Basic amenities provided. Bed was comfy. Overall still a nice stay.

This room is so awesome and comfortable. Love every thing there include the filter water. Location is good too! Thanks alot but there is no free parking and is quite expensive after exiting the carpark. See attached photo i took

Very spacious and clean room, love the amenities too. The breakfast was surprisingly good and quite a variety spread for a 4 star hotel. Cons was that staff seems understaffed, check in was abit slow process due to only 1 staff. Overall enjoyed my stay here.

It's my 4th time staying at this hotel..it has always been a favourite among my family for its spacious room and nearby amenities...highly recommended. Staff were polite and room service personnel were helpful, there is nothing to complain except for there is still no complimentary parking for guests as the carpark is not owned by the hotel.

Hotel is located within Changi City Mall which is a haven for outlet stores shopping. There are ample restaurants and shopping within the mall. Expo MRT is across the road too with Singapore Expo just further down. Room is pretty big and comes with simple washing and cooking facilities etc. There’s even an oven inside the room. Ideal like long term stays. Only thing missing is a washing machine. The only shortfall is that there is no complimentary parking. Paid more than $30 for a one night stay.

Good space. Could have been better if there were lock in bathroom. We enjoyed the stay as capri fraser changi point is beside. It is cool that stone throw distance. But didn't like the fact they ask for deposit for silly reason besides after booking the room with my card.

We liked the spacious and comfy room with kitchenette with larger than usual fridge. Although there are lots of eateries in the mall next door, the microwave and cooker hob were useful for warming up food.

Stop over Excellent stay, clean, fresh very convenient to train. Very helpful happy staff. All facilities accessible, and good quality. Quiet and restful. Large clean room, shared areas clean and in good condition. Staff very professional and keen to assist.

Dusty room. Customer service is horrible. The indian receptionist from Malaysia was rude and with an attitude. No smile, frowning, show face.

Comfortable and cosy stay! Room was spacious and well equipped. Will visit again!
