Long waiting hours during check-in, and it wasn't mentioned that a physical passport and NRIC are required. There was a lack of hospitality and warmth.

Stay was great! Kitchen was quite well equipped. Room was clean. Stairs quite steep tho. Even tho there was a Bidet in the toilet i wasn't working well. Overall good place will come back again.

This is the first time we booked the Studio Loft and it was our Anniversary, was actually expecting the room to have a small decoration or a cake but that's totally fine. The counter staff's were very polite and friendly. When we got in the room, we noticed the blinds were broken and the windows weren't covered. We told the counter staff infront and they mentioned they will get help for it to be fixed on the day itself but the help only came the next day when we wanted to check-out. Maybe you guys can have a proper check before giving the room to the next person, perhaps? And it was really dusty beside the bed area. I was sneezing the entire night and had to shift myself around. Maybe you guys can take a look at that as well since the area is quite hidden and is at the top. This is my second time here and would definitely come back again, thank you for the warm hospitality!

Was our anniversary staycation and the staff were extremely helpful and even set up a happy anniversary on our beds!. 10/10 service staff

The room is extremely small. The luggage cannot be opened. There's a self-laundry and the pool is not even large enough for two strokes before you hit the edge. More for instagram...

2nd time staying here but different room type. Everything was perfect and smooth sailing, from check-in to check-out. Love how clean and well maintained the hotel is and especially love the location - so many food options at Haji Lane area will definitely stay a 3rd time if the opportunity comes!

Second time in this hotel. Acceptable walking distance to Bugis area. Good water pressure. Only downside is induction cooker can only operate maximum 1h on the highest heat. Feel that can’t even stir-fry things properly if it is not on high heat.

It was great to host our parents there. Location is great. Cute swimming pool.
The room is clean and changing sheets everyday. Great service. Just that the bed side had no space so if one person wants to go to bathroom then the other person has to give a way. Overall great.
