Sono così felice di aver scoperto questo hotel👍🏻👍🏻👍 Caloroso benvenuto da parte del personale della reception: Suhana e Fan Rui, sono così gentili e cordiali. Adoro tutto di questo hotel, sicuramente torneremo di nuovo? I genitori lo adorano così tanto. Trascorri un soggiorno fantastico e meraviglioso!!

Secondo soggiorno con loro! Ho prenotato un 3 D 2 N per festeggiare il compleanno del mio partner. Simile alla mia precedente esperienza di soggiorno, tutto è stato fantastico ma i membri dello staff hanno perfezionato il mio fine settimana. Ho chiamato prima per richiedere un check-in anticipato in modo da poter riempire la stanza con qualche decorazione. Uno staff molto gentile di nome Ravi mi ha aiutato in questo e sono stato accolto nella hall con grande ospitalità. Ha anche fatto del suo meglio per soddisfare la mia richiesta sapendo che si tratta di un soggiorno per festeggiare un compleanno e lo apprezzo molto. Sono andato in una stanza al livello più alto ma sfortunatamente l'aria condizionata della stanza non funzionava. Sono andato a verificare con la reception e il personale (non ho capito il suo nome ma inizia con L) mi ha aiutato con uno scambio di camera e inaspettatamente ha ottenuto un upgrade di camera. Tieni presente che le foto si riferiscono alla camera Deluxe! La camera Deluxe era molto più spaziosa della Superior e se non sbaglio anche la tv è leggermente più grande! L'aria condizionata funziona bene e la TV è in grado di connettersi tramite Screen Mirror (non funziona con Apple) e musica Bluetooth (la musica viene riprodotta con lo schermo spento). L'asciugacapelli era robusto e di dimensioni davvero buone poiché è facile per gli utenti più piccoli. Il personale delle pulizie era estremamente gentile e cordiale quanto i membri della reception. Sono stati anche in grado di accogliere le pulizie tardive, ma tieni presente che terminano alle 17:00, quindi l'ultima volta sarebbe intorno alle 16:30! Se c'è qualcosa che migliorerebbe il soggiorno, sarebbe l'inclusione di balsami per capelli nella doccia, un sacchetto igienico negli articoli da toeletta e uno spruzzo d'acqua accanto al water. Grazie per aver reso questo soggiorno fantastico per me e il mio compagno. Ritorneremo sicuramente! Altamente raccomandato!

Same experience as the ones in China. If one have visited the China branches, expectations minimally will be the same over here, more so in Singapore. Did not fall short of my expectations, clean and bright rooms. Lovely experience and time spent here. Location is especially great considering its at the “start” of Orchard road belt of shopping. A little off from the main belt but there’s where it brings some peace and quiet yet not being far off the main area of interest of Orchard. Staff are friendly and accommodating too. There’s roadside parking just outside of the hotel, so not an issue even without hotel onsite parking. Tons of good food options too, that’s a definite. One of my must return hotels!

Room was spacious, very homey. TV is not exactly very smart so we couldn’t SharePlay unless we were using an android. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay, they had two different types of tea which was very good and we got to use the traditional Japanese tea pots and cups which elevated my experience. Overall Zen 🫶🏻

I am glad to have tried staying at Ji Hotel .... I will stay here again next time I am back in Singapore. And I really like the souvenirs of wooden comb and aroma therapy oils.

Clean room and convenient location. Short walk from MRT station. I stayed in 2 different rooms, the second room's AC panel does not seem to work. It is always set at 20 deg C. No safe deposit box in the room. No drawers to put clothes away.

Definitely one of the most worth staying hotels in Singapore if you’re looking for a hotel in town. Minimalist design yet includes all the necessities needed, the room was cozy, everything was clean and new. Looks exactly like advertised, no catfishing here 😂 Big wins are definitely the TV, and the LED mirror. Will definitely come again ✨✨

Hotel is near to the bus station and metro, easy to access to other location. Shopping mall is within walking distance where you can get your food and grocery. Convenience stall, cafe, saloon just around the corner. Early check in is offered, staffs are friendly. We will come back again!

Overall i will give 7.5/10 for good location, amenities, room layout and unique chinese design. Best thing is washroom and dressing area, with lights, power plug for hair dyer. Drawback is where the cleanliness need to improve, receptionists be more friendly, and breakfast provided at next door with 20SGD per pax.

All good, except that the shower area has only darker glasses. Could be quite awkward if it’s not couple travelling together

Small but clean & smart layout to optimize space. Convenient location to take the subway. Well centered. Comfy bed. Minimum service at reception. But good price for that location in Singapore

The location was great and a short walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT and Plaza Singapura. The room was a little room but the TV was huge. Do note that the bathroom glass is a rather see-through even with the dark glass.
