Thank you for noticing and sharing all the details, we're so glad it made your stay! --Please allow us to explain as we are a co-living service residence, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you needed any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We regret that the fixed 30-minute washing program did not meet your expectations. Additionally, we appreciate your comments regarding the cost of the laundry services.-- Please note that our laundry facilities are managed by an external vendor.
