Hotel eppolito collocato in una zona molto strategica ed anche con stanze che hanno una bella vista e soprattutto una bella piscina

Personale di servizio eccellente sempre pronto a servire e accogliere gli ospiti con un sorriso caloroso. E hanno esteso i loro servizi su richiesta degli ospiti. Finora tutte le mie richieste sono state soddisfatte e un grande pollice in su per aver reso piacevole il soggiorno con loro. Hanno un'ampia selezione per il menu del servizio in camera e il prezzo era ragionevole. Sarà uno dei miei hotel preferiti per le vacanze in futuro. Nel complesso la mia vacanza in soggiorno è stata felice e piacevole con Meure Singapore a Typrwhitt.

Hotel carino e semplice. La camera è accogliente, ha tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Avevamo una camera vicino alla piscina e alla palestra. Un po' occupato e rumoroso. Le pareti sono molto sottili, c'è molto rumore la mattina e la sera. Alcuni posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Nessun deposito richiesto. Check-in facile e veloce. Facile e comodo per spostarsi.

Room is good, a little small. Hotel is clean. Window of room 710 has visibility from the pool.

Good location, center reachable by bus and subway. Rich breakfast!

Had an amazing stay, first time booking with trip.com and it was a very smooth and easy going process. I put that I was there for anniversary and they set up a nice decor on the bed

It’s not recommended for female stay alone because it’s nearby little India but the location is nearby jalan besar and not too far from national stadium if you are coming for concert. I had mentioned our anniversary during booking so my room is well decorated.

The location is pretty convenient, with bus stops and various MRT lines nearby. Right across from the hotel, there's a highly-rated coffee shop, and plenty of restaurants are in the area. Breakfast offers a good selection, but the taste is just average. All in all, we had a fantastic stay.

Nice area. Bit of walking distance from MRT station. No one way or round trip availability. Need monthly pass for transport.

Everything was good for me. From checking in till checking out, everything was smooth and staffs at front desk was friendly and welcome me with a smile. Will put this hotel as my recommended stay. Hope I won’t be disappointed for future bookings. Keep up the great job.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with many eateries nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient option for travelers.

Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. Welcome drink was refreshing. Smiles when ever I walk out shopping. Even recommended where to eat the best pork soup around the corner only... Haha had it 4 times in 3 days.

Visited on a Saturday and checked out on a Sunday. Check-in was fairly quick and fast. The reception was very professional and really nice and helped me check in without a hassle. I read reviews about Mercure on Trip and was wondering how bad it could be when talking about the room size. I figured that those customers were not from around Singapore and didn't know how small a hotel room in SG can be. Voila. I went into the room and was surprised. Everything was clean and the room was big enough in Singapore standards. M Social was my go-to and I was just wondering to myself that the room I booked in Mercure was much bigger than M Social and cheaper as well. Having stayed in York Hotel & M-Social most of the time, the money spent in Mercure was actually more worth it. Room came with shampoo, conditioner & body wash; M Social provided only shampoo and body wash. I ordered food in through GrabFood and realised I didn't have cutleries. Called the front desk at 1:45am asking for cutleries and received disposable utensils in the span of 5 minutes max. Talk about proficiency. I'm also a sucker for breakfast but I can't ever wake up in time so I cannot comment yet but I'll definitely book another stay soon so that I can try their breakfast. The place is very centralised and food is everywhere along the vicinity so there wouldn't be an issue if you're travelling from overseas. There are kopitiams / coffee shops which has cheaper food options as well if you do not want to break your bank but there are cafes and bars around the area as well. Air-condition was working as expected and hot water in the bathroom was also working well. There is SEPARATE tap with filtered water for you to refill your bottle so that you do not need to buy bottles and bottles of water which is nice. Checkout was at 12pm and I received a call at about 11:40am - 11:45am reminding me to check out. I thought I'd have to wait in queue to check out but I was approached by a staff or maybe the manager (?) and he even asked if we needed to keep our luggages with them first. I did not have any luggage so I declined the offer and just passed the keycards to him and that was my checkout process. Miscellanous stuffs I noticed - The staffs are very good at pre-empting what someone needs when a customer was walking towards the counter and asked where the washroom is and the 'security' pointed the direction of the toilet to him. Having worked in service / hospitality before, this is commendable as not many hotels are like that. The front desk was also receptive to requests when I wanted to leave a key card with the front desk so my friend can pick up the key card as well. Mercure in a nutshell is very service forward and professional. Compared to the other hotels I've stayed in, budget or hotels with stars, I'd definitely recommend Mercure as the top #1. Will definitely come back again. Thank you for having me!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable and inviting. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything! It was close to all the major places of interest, making sightseeing so convenient. There were plenty of great food options nearby as well, ranging from local eateries to restaurants, so I never had to worry about finding a good meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. They truly went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. One unique feature I loved was the self-paid laundry service available on-site. It was super convenient and added to the overall ease of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—it’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and value!
