Hotel eppolito collocato in una zona molto strategica ed anche con stanze che hanno una bella vista e soprattutto una bella piscina

Hotel carino e semplice. La camera è accogliente, ha tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Avevamo una camera vicino alla piscina e alla palestra. Un po' occupato e rumoroso. Le pareti sono molto sottili, c'è molto rumore la mattina e la sera. Alcuni posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Nessun deposito richiesto. Check-in facile e veloce. Facile e comodo per spostarsi.

A lot of tourists are staying here. The location is strategic. Near to the food stalls and mrt.. Around 8 min walk to mrt. The room is clean. However, it is a little bit small. Just have a bed and a toilet. Space is limited.. Recommended..

hotel’s facilities and services was very good. the hotel staff were so helpful and kind. the location is strategic, near Bendemeer and Lavender MRT, also there are several city bus stops near the hotel. highly recommended for my next SG visit! keep up the good work!

really really good hotel! 10/10 recommend for a comfy get away! it’s near many cafes/hawker stores. really convenient for travellers and a slightly quiet hideaway from the main town areas

While checking in at the reception, the receptionist emphasis us that all hotel room are non smoking room, need both of us sign to acknowledge, when we open the room that assign to us, the room was full with smoking smell, I feel discomfort and sore throat while inside the room, then we go down to the reception and request to change another room, they provide us a spare room which is much more smaller than what we booked, we feel bad because the room is small which the mattress front, back and also right side are surrounded with walls, we request to change again and after two more rounds room viewing then finally the give back the room type we booked, if we accept with what they provided, we like being cheated, I suspect the hotel room was overbooked and they use this tactic to cheat those guests who are too kind…this is not the way to run hotel business

It's not bad. You get all the basic stuff. Close to good food. Mini gym... Very basic gym (can accommodate 3 person max)but good to have. Outdoor stunning pool (1m depth) which is around 25-30m long. The worker who was there around the pool area told me 100m long..I was stunned...lol anyway, he's just trying to give me an answer since I just casually asked him. Breakfast was good. Toothbrush provided with coffee/tea. The room is not big but good enough as well.

Hotel overall is good with a reasonable price. Importantly for me is parking is free. Usually I’m driving in Singapore for my business meeting and etc.

Saw a few baby cockroaches in the toilet & sink area. Toilet is a bit small, but overall great stay with good service.

We encountered very bad experience when we arrived. Met up their front office manager very rude and no sense of respect nor apologise for his wrong doing ( will share details feel free to contact me ) . Also i left my branded cleanser newly bought in the departmental store and cardigan in the room after checking out,, I rang out the hotel immediately and spoken to their front desk to keep my belongings and I will come back tocollect it in the evening , The front desk told me they would look into itt and assured me that someone will call me back , I waited the next day , nobody call to follow up I called up to the hotel again but was told that their housekeeper couldn’t find it

Great customer service. We asked on how to get around and the receptionist was very helpful, even printed out the directions to get to places we wanted to visit. Room might be small but that’s expected in Singapore, however it was still clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Location is great, there are plenty of places to eat around. Nearby to the MRT and bus stops. Overall, would recommend this hotel again.
