Mondrian Singapore Duxton

Ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel è moderno e di lusso. Forse l'aria condizionata è un po' alta e ci siamo presi un raffreddore. Ottima vista dalla piscina e dal rooftop. Ma per un hotel a 5 stelle ci aspettavamo di più.

Bellissimo hotel di design. Bella posizione e alla moda. Un po' piccolo ma è abbastanza buono per un pernottamento. Il personale è cordiale. Ottima posizione per il cibo locale. Spero di rimanere più a lungo.

Hotel moderno nell'enclave di Duxton. Ci sono opzioni migliori come il Carlton City hotel nelle vicinanze che ha una camera più spaziosa e una vasca da bagno. Mentre la piscina è bella, è un club aperto al pubblico che invade la privacy degli ospiti dell'hotel che vogliono nuotare. La piscina è piuttosto piccola. Il servizio non è così eccezionale e mi è stato detto che è limitato a solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua al giorno e non c'è un supermercato nelle vicinanze. non è un vero hotel a 5 stelle. posizione ok. ci vogliono 5 minuti a piedi dall'uscita della stazione della metropolitana. pulizie così così: la donna delle pulizie ha raccolto il mio sapone per il viso caduto (che è caduto sul pavimento accanto al cestino della spazzatura nel water) e mi ha riportato al suo posto chiedendomi di riutilizzarlo: il che è totalmente inaccettabile. niente kit dentali di ricambio ogni giorno. niente crema per il corpo in camera. niente colori diversi di kit dentali (spazzolino da denti) che è facile da confondere per gli utenti. niente cambio di pantofole durante il mio soggiorno di 4 notti. palestra: così piccola: occupa solo un piccolo angolo del pavimento della stanza. piscina: piccola. ragazze della reception: abbastanza amichevoli ma proprio come un robot. tutto qui è proprio come un motel a 3 stelle, NON tornerò.

Location: The location is excellent, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, making it convenient for dining. Staff & Service: The staff were not friendly, and it was evident the hotel was understaffed. Everyone seemed stressed and unhappy, which affected the overall atmosphere. When we arrived at 12 PM to check in, we knew it wasn’t check-in time yet and were fine to return later. However, when we asked the front desk staff what time we should come back, the response was a curt, “I don’t know, check-in time is 3 PM.” While technically correct, this isn’t the kind of service I expect from a 5-star hotel, especially compared to our previous stay at another luxury hotel. Room: The room was relatively small, especially the bathroom, which felt cramped. To make matters worse, we found a toothbrush under the bed (see photo), which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned at all. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was a disaster. We booked a package that included breakfast for two, but when we lined up outside the restaurant, we were told by staff that our package didn’t include it. We were asked to leave, which was both embarrassing and frustrating. After clarifying the issue with the front desk, it was confirmed that breakfast was indeed included, but it was clear the hotel had made an error in their records. Even after resolving the issue, the breakfast itself was very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with no egg station—a surprising omission for a 5-star hotel. The coffee machine was slow, with long waits for below-average coffee. My husband asked a staff member for tea, as there was no tea station or hot water available, and was met with a long face, as if he had asked for something unreasonable. Overall: This hotel did not live up to the 5-star standard it advertises. The unfriendly staff, unclean room, disorganized breakfast, and lackluster service left us feeling extremely disappointed. While the location is great, that was one of the only positives in an otherwise underwhelming stay. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly wouldn’t return.

Good place to stay very convinient , only down side was i did request to have a surprise complimentary like welcome to singapore and happy anniversary to my parents but unfortunately didnt arrange any decors to my room. As a 5star hotel, could be better.
