Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Simi Valley

Where do I begin? When we arrived to our room, the bathroom had human hair all over the tub and dog hair all over the floor and on the walls. I went to the front desk and they were going to send someone to clean it again while we were out. Came back, office confirmed it was cleaned again but the bathroom looked the same with all the hair. Also want to mention, someone wrapped a plastic trash bag around the smoke detector. On top of this being extremely unsafe, you would think the cleaning person would notice and remove it. They switched me to another room. Guys right next to us ended up smoking ********* in their doorway and the smell was coming into our room. I have a young daughter who kept asking what that smell was. Again, went to the office and yes she told them they can’t smoke there but that didn’t really stop them. They also kept their door open a crack all day long and into the night. I definitely didn’t feel safe especially since it was only me and my daughter. Not to mention the creeper hanging out in his car watching us walk to our room. I asked to speak to the manager but her hours were 11pm-6am. I stopped at the front desk at 5:30 am before heading out somewhere. The manager gave me 2 options. Pack my belongings at 5:30 am (we were leaving for the day) and leave it in my rental car and MAYBE they can get me yet another room when I get back OR just check out with no where to go. I didn’t find those options to be reasonable or fair. She gave me a generous $25 refund on a 5 night stay for all the trouble. Stay away from this hotel! Yes, you get what you pay for but rooms should be thoroughly cleaned before a new guest arrives and safety should never be compromised!

Abbiamo chiesto una stanza tranquilla e generalmente preferiamo il piano superiore, in modo da non sentire la gente camminare intorno.Questo posto ha un problema con il loro terzo piano. La prima stanza che abbiamo visto è di fronte alla strada e alla rampa e si può sentire il rumore della strada. I-118 è occupato tutta la notte. Poi ci fu mostrato una stanza al terzo piano e ci fu detto che il ”fan” era un po' rumoroso in quella stanza. Poiché pensavamo che si riferiscesse al fan del bagno, non ci fu alcun problema, Poiché c'era qualcuno che puliva i mattoni nella prossima stanza, non potevi sentire nulla.Al momento, quando tornava a casa, ci rendeva conto che il ”fan” che aveva parlato era un apparecchio sul tetto che era costantemente rumore. Il desk, quando ci ha chiesto il rumore, ci ha detto: ”Oh, abbiamo lamentele sul rumore in quella zona dell'hotel”. E' stata utile e siamo finiti in un'altra stanza all'altra parte della sala. L'intero hotel ha bisogno di un grande complessivo. Le finestre in tutte le camere erano piene di acqua all'esterno. Dopo la remota erano morti. La mia raccomandazione, per un paio di dollari di più rimanere in un altro hotel. E'un hotel a una stella che paga come una 3 stelle. Oh e non prenda e anda a colazione. Non rimarrò qui.

La stanza è pulita e igienica, le strutture di base sono completi, il servizio è buono, la colazione occidentale è generale, il rapporto costo-beneficiario.Satisfacente.
