Do not under any circumstances stay here. If I could give zero stars I would. Check in clerk was confused. I had called ahead asking for first floor rooms and rooms close together. However he didn't seem to know any of this. Once we were checked in. the clerk went outside and spoke with a wonan I would assume was housekeeping. I use that tern very loosely. He gave us the keys to our rooms. Room was very dark, out dated, and old. We went into this hotel with the thought as long as it's clean we'll be fine. Refrigerator was not plugged in, light fixture over the sink only had 1 working bulb. A/C unit we could see daylight thru. Bathroom light fixture had no shade, only 1 bulb working and exposed wires. Long hair on the walls, tub look like it was painted with house paint, and then was chipping again. Bathroom door was ill fitting to say the least. There are many roons at this hotel that people are living in. This is their home. We were afraid to even shower for fear of what would come out of the pipes. The hotel advertises free internet. They give you the password upon check in. However the internet doesnt work, and says password is incorrect. This has to be the most disgusting excuse for a hotel I have ever stayed at. A word of advise. Avoid the OYO Hotel Mustang Silver Springs
