Hotel in zona Splash Parque Acuático Silao, Silao de la Victoria

Un lugar cómodo, accesible, tranquilo, seguro y alcance de varios sitios, en costo es cómodo, tiene personal preparado y capacitado. Las habitaciones son funcionales en su forma y ayudan a que uno se pueda relajar aunque sea de trabajo la estáncia.

A pretty nice property, the rooms are clean and nice enough. Service is lacking, I called from the airport and found connecting to the hotel a bit difficult. I was aided at the airport by concierge staff inside the airport. After I could not get ahold of the hotel using my phone they called for me and passed me the phone. I spoke to the hotel operator or the front desk this was unclear. I asked for a shuttle pick-up at the airport. I was informed that shuttle pick-up at the airport required advance booking three hours prior to the required time. I am not sure why this is but it is not user-friendly for flyers arriving. I was then told to wait for a minute and the operator would see what they could do. I waited a few minutes and then the line was cut. I tried to call back but no one answered. I just took an airport taxi (280 Pesos). When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and was informed that complementary breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:00 AM. I went to my room and relaxed for a while and then went out to the city. I took a local ride share (DEDE) and the fare was reasonable. I returned and went to bed after a long trip I slept well. I did note there is no provided water in the rooms and room amenities are sp****. I woke up a bit late the next day and went down for breakfast at 9:00 AM. Breakfast is a breakfast buffet unfortunately for me virtually every piece of food that was available was completely emptied and I noted several persons standing outside the kitchen door waiting for food. I did not see any service staff and most tables were dirty and empty. I walked the buffet and I walked around the dining room realizing that breakfast was available I returned to my room. I packed and left for the airport, I inquired about the airport shuttle to the airport and was informed it ran on the hour every hour (seemed odd since to get a pick up it required 3 hours advance notice). I was told by the front desk staff that the shuttle was available any time just let them know when I wanted to go. I found that confusing as well because after telling me it was available any time I was told it was on the hour. In closing, I was excited to see I was booked in a Hilton, unfortunately, this is not the standard of service I was previously accorded at a Hilton property, and sadly it was pretty disappointing. Another odd observation I made on the way back to the airport was Hilton has acquired several of the other branded hotels and is attaching its name to them as well, I hope they do better service-wise.

Hola mis amigos el día de hoy, les vengo a recomendar este hotel. Llegamos a descansar una noche por que tomábamos un vuelo muy temprano. Llegamos como a las 10 pm de la noche, en recepción muy amable el personal, al llegar al cuarto, muy limpio y bonito, Las camas súper a gusto y la ropa de cama también, de verdad que descanse mucho. Cual fue mi sorpresa?? El hotel por el simple hecho de quedarte ahí, te da en cortesía 5 días para dejar tu carro, tienen el servicio de llevarte y recogerte al aeropuerto. Es un plus que de verdad si vas tomar algún vuelo temprano de este aeropuerto, te recomiendo que llegues a este hotel. Tiene también el desayuno incluido, 🙌🏻🙌🏻 pero yo mi vuelo salió demasiado temprano y me fui antes de que abrieran, me dieron un box lonch. Bueno amigos aquí les dejo esta recomendación para si viajes del aeropuerto del Bajío a algún destino. Muchas gracias y seguiremos escribiendo

In generale, è ancora buono, relativamente semplice ma pulito, la colazione dell'hotel non è molto ricco, ma non mi importa. La posizione dell'hotel è più lontana dal centro turistico di Cannabis, e si deve considerare con attenzione se gli amici vogliono essere facili da visitare.

Posizione, servizio clienti e stanza sono fantastici! Il personale è molto amichevole, Mi sorride sempre. e puro, Ogni volta che viene aggiunto il comfort. Si può vedere una casa di cinque colori dal palco, Ci rilassamo spesso sulla piattaforma. Quando sono arrivato a Penniferato, voglio restare qui di nuovo.

酒店的位置一流，在幾乎是瓜納華託的中心位置，從酒店出來到各個景點都是走路就可以了，周邊景點眾多，門前是瓜納華託聖母大教堂，酒店背後是瓜納華託大學，離胡亞雷斯劇院和接吻巷都很近。酒店出來還有專門的旅遊大巴站。

Mia moglie e mio figlio di 17 anni erano trattati come una famiglia. Alex, Omar e Paola erano considerati e generosi con grandi raccomandazioni per il nostro soggiorno di tre giorni. Quando arrivarono ci salutarono come se ci conoscessero per sempre e ogni giorno ci assicurassero che ci piacesse il nostro soggiorno. Ci aspettiamo di tornare a casa a causa del loro servizio professionale!! Una settimana dopo parliamo ancora della grande esperienza che abbiamo avuto. Raccomandiamo molto questo hotel storico per il vostro soggiorno.

The location is perfect. Staff is barely engaged. There is a beautiful terrace upstairs that no one told us about. Pushy sales tactics for overprice. Bad tours. No coffee to be found in the room or lobby. The bed was so hard that putting a blanket on the floor would’ve been better. It was very clean. The cleaning staff does a great job. The food is mediocre, I would have the coffee juice and fruit because they are included but everything else… Imagine a cheap Mexican buffet in the Midwest. Front desk on their phones barely looks up like they really don’t want to work. The coffee thing is an issue, people are flying in and out at different hours and you have to wait until after 8 AM when other restaurants open to be able to get coffee. A very basic room was 2500 pesos per night when other more luxurious hotels two or three blocks away are costing 1500 per night. They really need to engage their staff somehow because that part was terrible and not finding out about the terrace until the day we left was also a shame it has beautiful views. I did not mind the street noise because I understand that we are right in the middle of downtown. Personally, that’s not an issue. It was fun and lively to hear music and people outside.
